What's your view?, did they tempt these hand-picked Investors with some sweets?? Considering the SP is where it is shows some extremely poor judgement, and will have no doubt upset those that thought they got a bargain deal !!

If that trade was what you think it was and fell within the disclosure threshold the market would have been notified. Although thresholds differ, the fact that the market has not been notified suggests that it wasn't what you think it was, or it didn't fall within the disclosure threshold...

I agree to a degree. The difference imho is that I know who Edenville are and what they say is somewhat governed/subject to law. I don't know anything about Diggerman?...

I don't think there is anything wrong with knowing or talking about what's going on at the Edenville mine site. The problem imo is being told stuff by someone that will not give an explanation as to how they know what they suggest they know.

Bearing in mind that some 'genuine information' that is other than 'general observation' could be construed as insider information, if that information is sensitive information that the market is not yet privy to.

Seems the exciting Investors who took part in the Placing won't do quite as well as they might have first hoped, and the chances are in the coming days that everyone will be able to buy cheaper than the Offer price. Everyone knows what happens to the SP after a discounted Offer. The company have achieved their goal and the new Investors will no doubt do better than most. So consequently a really bad PR decision by the company imho.

Changes nothing with regards to the potential here, if you can trust the board. Personally hoping to add 350k of shares in the coming days if the stars align.
