Yes the lack of communications was ridiculous, and Rufus knew my feelings!. Rufus Short is a geologist and possibly could have been replaced sooner, but who knows what the bod were thinking?.. I've never quite worked out what Sally Schofield contributed?.. I only met her once, and she was very nice and a fellow motorcyclists, but know little about her.

It is all history now as you say (much made by Rufus and the bod),.. but there's no point in harping on about it or we'll all end up behind filters, and living in the 15 minutes delayed universe ;))

I have told the story here over and over, maybe 25 times and all you get on this board is the I hate Rufus, it's all Rufus's fault etc etc. No one (well very few) have ever been interested in anything with regards to the actual facts.

Consider this:
On Rufus Shorts watch the company found the land and gain the prospecting licence. They prospected and found 173 million tonnes of coal and against the odds got the Full Mining License. They weathered the nullification of the Tanzanian Mining Tenders. They bought and shipped the plant from Scotland to Tanzania. They completed every survey process and requirement asked of them by the Tanzanian Government. They built the entire current mining infrastructure, roads weigh-bridge and much much more, and ALL PRIOR to the arrival of the new CEO, BUT sadly due mostly to ignorance those that bang on about how bad RS was, and how much they hate a man that they have never met, they are denying the facts,....fortunately only to themselves !!

I wouldn't worry yourself too much as we are where we are and this will go when it's ready, and usually in my experience it will be when the market least expects it! Rest assured if everything that has been said come to fruition this is only going one way !!
