I don’t mind sharing averages, but I’ve never been happy sharing holdings/information that even my wife is not privy to. I’m just looking to add a few more currently to round off an odd number, and then I’m going to try very hard (it will be difficult) to just sit and hold.

I would add that my wife doesn’t know because she never asks, but I’d probably lie if asked ;)

I’m sure you are right as other than looking back at the SP I’ve no idea what happen over there. I only noticed today that they’ve had a name change.

That RBS trade was a very precarious £10k call option @10p (everything considered/2008/markets and banks crashing etc).. I exercised the option at 50p and bought back in on a retrace and fortunately sold into a rise sometime later. A set of circumstances that could quite easily have gone wrong.

All just numbers imo

I bought OXB for 13p (£39,000 worth) and sold at a loss for 4.3p. Today they are £8.43 per share and would have been worth £2,500,000.. :(....

I bought RBS for 10p (2008) the all time low and the day before they were thought to be going under. They went to £3.50 per share, so did very nicely in there. (Not £2.5m though) before the NWG name change..

So from my personal experience I would never ever say never.

Not a comment I would usually make, but I genuinely believe they’ve messed this up so badly they are currently milking it and are not worried how long it takes to come good! imho
