There is a distinction between a day-trader and a pi. Most, if not all that frequent these boards are just pi’s that buy and sell. In the true sense a day-trader, (usually a professional) can e.g. trade 10 to 100 times a day and all positions are closed before the market closes. I doubt day-traders/scalpers etc would be found amongst EDL’ers passing the time of day..

From what you’ve said I’m sure you are an Investor. Your average must be very good anyway, as didn’t you say you were recently in profit?.. I would guess my average is low for a lth, and believe that my longstanding deficit could be reversed with a single spike, and there will (imho) be a spike. ...
