I think you are right, it’s lose lose if the company were to go under. Lind have forced this issue (possibly rightly so) and appear to be exerting pressure to get themselves a more favourable outcome, which you’d expect in their position. Hopefully we will get an update on all aspects soon!

Here we need resolution to Lind and handover issues, and although the price of coal is rising around the world that is only of interest to us if we can export it as our contracts, as locally there’s not point in producing coal at any price if the locals can’t afford it.

Locally we need to advance the RCPP, re the seven power pools, and hopefully increase the mining capacity for our exports.

All aspects of 2021 need to be better than 2020 !!
