as it's my birthday. Ian can you put me down for a sale RNS tomorrow please?
The motivation levels amongst derampers is to be admired. Sadly the potential of this is now so incredibly vast that no one is going to get talked out of their investment at this stage. GLA!
The board have been superb, they've kept things under wraps, good RNS flow with radio silence inbetween announcements and no no social media for ages until last Friday's tweet. I can believe it's anything other than a deliberate warning shot that news id incoming. Its all guess work but I wouldn't expect a board of this calibre to be so cavellier with their language without something to back it up.
My take, for what it's worth, is that the company tweet 90 mins before the market closed, had to be deliberately timed. There is no justification for putting out wording like that (however ambiguous) unless they wanted to provoke a reaction, now I expect them to back it up with news tomorrow morning. Weather I'm right or wrong, it looks like things are hotting up in coming days. GLA
Bold claim, lets see what happens but I doubt many here will be swayed by the vacuous dross being put out on this board today. From what I've read on this forum over the years the majority of long term holders have read the RNS flow, assessed the potential and are now sat on their hands until the investment case changes....except in my view it has changed, it has got progressively better in the last 12 months. Whatever happens I think the majority of the people here are rational but increasingly bewildered by the sheer scale of what might be possible here. It's all very exciting and any naysayers spouting unsubstantiated negativity are getting laughed out of the room.
Some frustration on the board but I'm pretty happy, let me tell you why: If I wasn't invested here and speculating on a final sale/dividend, well I'd probably be losing money elsewhere on the markets as most stocks I've fancied in recent times have fallen in value or are stuck in a range. This share is a gift, the decision of when to sell will largely be taken out of your hands all you have to do is be patient. If this pays out well its tracker funds in the future for me before I convince myself I'm an investing genius and lose the lot on the AIM casino.
GMAN, I'll be honest and say that I probably wouldn't have discovered EUA if it weren't for the LSE forums. That said, I looked at what was being said here, who was saying it, did a little digging myself and then built a stake over 6 months or so. I don't have the time or skills to successfully competently evaluate many of these opportunities on a technical or financial basis, but I like to think I'm good at assessing the merits of the research put forward by others who, over time, I have come to respect. For me the key is deciding who you choose to listen to, and that includes the little voice inside you that often knows when something isn't right. I don't give credence to 70% of what is posted here.
Judge, my eyes are more open to wholesale manipulation now. sadly, seems like this is the way the markets will remain until we have another climactic financial event that forces regulatory change.
It's been a great couple of months in terms of newsflow but the wait in between announcements has been unbearable. I'll admit I was one of those that thought we'd see a conclusion before Christmas but I have to say that the longer the wait goes on the more hopeful I am of an increasingly large reward. The manipulation is frustrating but in my mind it was always inevitable when the stakes are so high. When the deal lands I will feel like I've earned my reward, not through my amazing research (I simply weighed up the research put forward by other, far more invested posters) but through the guile and resilience I've had to develop by sitting on my hands for 3 years. GLA - what an entertaining, exciting and potentially life transforming share to be involved with. AIMHO.
Tilly, been a few years since I had the inflatable kayak out. https://huckaduck.wordpress.com/
thanks for posting that, a very interesting read. If BR or another large fund have large short positions open then what are the indicators that they are starting to cover their positions. Could the current buying be just that?
if there is a god almighty tree shake here before we break for the holidays..a flash crash where no retail punters get a chance to buy . It'm naturally suspicious of the sp behaviour, it just seems so contrived at the moment...can the news come before the mms have had their fill. Anyway I am chuffed with the last RNS and eagerly await the next lot of news. IMHO this is the strongest buy our there at the moment - but that's not financial advice.
Unless I've misunderstood yesterday we were told that one of the smallest pieces of the EUA pie had an in situ resource value (conservative ) close to 3x market cap of the entire company. We haven't yet seen the big reveal in terms of the bigger slices.....I think I'll sit and wait for the main event. Great share.
Great RNS today, superb actually. IMHO today is all about shorts exiting positions - they're using their get out of jail cards. Only a matter of time before real value is realised here. Happy and excited to hold and wait. Good luck everyone, exciting few days ahead.
wowzers, looks like deramping is becoming more spectacular (desperate). All about the end game and which outcome is more likely ; (a) that this is a fugazzi company or (b) that at least part of this company is being sold at a significant premium to toady's SP. I'll have a 'B' please bob. Each to their own lol, but I think EUA is going to be a blockbuster.
just for balance I will say this...we've all taken calculated risks about when to buy in here. I bought the majority of my relatively modest holding just before suspension but I've also bought in at much, much higher levels (up to 28p ish). To those people who are buying big now having spent weeks slating the share, well done, I might be just a little jealous lol. But in all seriousness there are much better ways to try and make a living...and for every deramper patting themselves on the back for getting their buy in price, be careful you don't start believing too much of your own hype.....your antics have been obvious, tedious and down right boring...anyone that has sold has done so because they are gullible, bored or need the money before xmas. I doubt any long term investors are happy to see the SP fall but I certainly expected a bit of SP erosion before any big move upwards...that's not based on any technical analysis but on experience of holding other shares for a long time. Investors, even those who sit on shares for years, end up feeling like they've earned their profits because of all the BS and market shenanigans they have to put up with. Well done to those buying in now, it's a great entry price. My main congratulations are to the long term investors on this board though, who, through their great research over the years, helped me decide to invest here at circa 7p. IMHO I expect an exciting run up to xmas. Good luck all and let's be having it.
and found it here at EUA . Share price is irrelevant (but human emotions make it difficult to ignore). Does this company have value? Does it have more resources than the market thinks? Are these resources in incredible demand across the world? so much potential here and a solid board that own a large stake of the company. Hoping to see a much higher price before any proper takeoff. AIMHO good luck all long term holders.
Well we're still waiting for the big reveal and IMHO it has to be coming...the sequencing of RNS's so far has been deliberately incremental and the biggest announcements are due now. Very frustrating that I've been unable to really take advantage of the current SP. I haven't seen any real argument that causes me to feel any less optimistic than I did 2 months ago...in fact the longer this goes on the higher my expectations - make of that what you will, I don't really care....you pays your money and takes your chances but the excitement is palpable now .
some right guff being put out on here recently. If there were a checklist of criteria that drastically improved your odds of a successful investment outcome then EUA would tick them all - doesn't mean a sale will happen but if I had to put my money somewhere I would put it here (and I have). All the indications point to an increase in value of EUA - that point isn't really even up for debate is it? - the only question is will we rue the day we accepted £1-2+ a share in an asset sale when the true long term value is far higher. AIMHO good luck all long term holders.
People spouting low ball prices - its called the anchoring effect and is a tactic used against those not in the know, forcing people to subconsciously reconsider their rationale for investing, their target prices etc etc all because someone spouts 14p without any evidence. show me the case for 14p and I'll show you the case for £2+
