LEF, hope you are well. I left some stuff on HOC on Upward Trend GC I thought you might find interesting as I think you can short HOC. I am finding great value in using the T line. In that weekly HOC chart it is very striking how far the doji is from the pink EMA8. The T line does seem to have a very magnetic effect on longer candles. Either pulling it up when it drops too far or pulling it back down when it runs away too fast. It is a very useful tool. I am starting to see more the relationship between the EMA8 and the EMA3. and how their crossing points are significant. There is also something to note about which EMA line is uppermost as the candles are rising. I have tried to just sit and watch BT on minute candles and try and work it out but I have nothing. V interested to hear your thoughts.

Jolly - AVO is the share the banker gent recommended. He met all of the team through work and know the company quite well. However, AVO looks as though it will take very little persuasion to dip down to mid 5p first.

NFL, Scot - Is it significant that the OMI daily chart is now bang on the 200 day MA? I have started overlaying the 20, 50 & 200 day MA on my charts but never very sure how a share will react. To exceed the average price for the last 200 days is a good thing but is it used a lot to take profits etc. Thanks in advance

NFL - I see the T line on OMI. Are you concerned that if you look at the weekly chart for OMI, it gets above that big descending yearly trend line and then gets dragged back underneath it (even though the EMA 8 was nicely below the SP three times)? Their costs of $1100 per ounce make it quite vulnerable to any pullback in gold prices. However, gold sentiment is high at the moment and it actually producing 8000 odd ounces per quarter.

NFL - I think this may be the same company I previously knew as Kalimantan Gold. There is the same guy posting there (updo) that has been posting there for over 4 years. He was talking about the excitement around the drilling of 4 metallic anomolies. The same ones I paid for by investing in KLG 30 months previously where they were drilled and found to be uneconomic. Tread with care.

ScotL, Looking through the GRPH website. They seem to over egg every part of their business and try to make their simple product sound space age instead of saying that they have come up with some simple plant and metallic answers in a clever way and that way works on an value-adding, financial and environmental basis. The following sentence is trying to convey to you what a great product Graphene is..... "At Graphene NanoChem, we leverage on our production and functionalization capabilities to focus on defined products and end market targets to realize the commercial value of graphene nanomaterials as an enabling technology for various end applications". .... and so it goes on. What are the financials like?

Scotl. Congrats. well done. Looked at it several times but was trying desperately to be discipled. I'm glad no one is crowing about CPX here. I managed to loose money there today. I know. That takes some doing. I was using 10 minute candles and the price was racing ahead and then coming back and touching base with the T line about every 6 or so candles and then setting off again northward. Well, it did it 3 times but no 4! I don't think I did anything wrong apart from thinking that the chart was going to behave the same after it had spiked as it had before. It was also my first spread bet. F M ! you can loose a lot of moolah in a very short period of time on a spreadbet.

So, an interesting day with LMI. I am just starting to place trades using the PRT software and my own charts. So, 5 small trades today. 4 in profit and one closed at evens (I hit the button on the mouse by mistake!). For next week, LMI on the weekly chart should qualify as a doji sandwich. 3 Green candles in a row anyway with a bullish form. Note on the weekly chart how few times the share has been above the T line. One could also call the set - 4th, 5th & 8th Feb a doji sandwich as well. It being a very bullish combination. I am not sure if the 3 out of the last 4 candles count as a morning star as they are not at the end of a down trend but are part of an ascending channel but the candles are the right pattern. SL - I looked at 88E a week ago after your recommendation. Shale Gas? Alaska? Finance? etc. I thought there were tastier fish to chase elsewhere. Hey ho. Well done anyway. shan - I started reading your financials GC last week. Very useful when I was trying to dig a bit deeper. I am trying to find your terminology and ratio's in the financials of the companies I am looking at. Need more time.

Plus, there is a descending trend line that it is keeping to. PRT users - how come some resistence lines you can only see on the 5 & 10, 15 charts but they do not appear on the 1, 4 hr charts? Using PRT on a phone is a devil of a job!

LMI - got out again as candlesticks topped at the same place for 3 hours. It did go up after I got out another 0.25p but I am playing v safe. Price went under T line shortly after. Interesting stuff. Sorry will post chart tonight as on phone at work.

LEFKOSIA, LNKD. Was really excited to see it dip today and even then paid IG a monthly subscription for NYSE(US) only t/o be told I have to send in forms to the IRS in the US. Is there any way round this
