Hopefully in the next update, we will have an increase in FCF at year-end of $150 - $200 million, now that would turn some heads.

A. The arbitration with regards to Branch Profit Remittance Tax will commence in October, but a result is not expected for approximately six months afterwards.

Q. What is the current daily Production figures.

A. We don’t provide day by day production guidance. As per our recent HY Results: the non-operated portfolio is producing in-line with expectations around 14 kboepd, TEN is producing in-line with expectations around 11kbopd and Jubilee, following the start-up of Jubilee South East is producing over 39 kbopd net (over 100kbopd gross).

You could develop 3 x Kenya developments for a similar amount of recoverable oil from Suriname. $3 Billion versus $9 Billion. 585 Million versus 700 Million Barrels, on-shore versus off-shore.

I don’t believe for one bit that the delay is to do with the consultants, I believe that it’s been delayed due to the Indians or Chinese. It’s in Kenya’s best interest to develop the field, for jobs, oil security and investment in infrastructure.

If it was a waste of time Rahul would have walked away, he is very prudent with the purse strings.
