Hello, I still speak to allot of people at Breedon and they all tell me they have never been busier.

HS2 is keeping construction going, plus government planned spending will keep the Asphalt and concrete plants busy!

Don't forgot construction is not very reactive to present news allot of contracts etc have already been signed 6 months before and the good thing with allot of Breedon projects is like when it snows bad the quarries shut down for safety reasons, however they don't loose the business like a sandwich shop does, they are just allot more busier once the snow goes and the work is deferred.

Results day in March will be big, in my option. I think Breedon is very undervalued its a solid company.

If boo continue to sell clothes so cheap I don’t think it will be around that long.

It’s funny how wall st have suspended trading due to it costing some hedge fund over a billion haha

I always think its funny when people on BB boards start falling out when their investment has stagnated and when its on the rise everyone gets on money does funny things to people.

One morning this will start to shoot up with big gains I just hope I don't miss this bottoming out.

To be honest charts are useful to some degree, but when you get to deep into them you start to see you can make charts look allot better than reality ha

I can not gauge how the markets will see this short term, but I think long term the 50M would have been better spent on future proofing their brand.

What do people see this opening at today?

I might be wrong but why will Boo benefit from buying a very old fashioned brand when there appal is online and modern social media.

I just see this weighing the company down longterm

I think reality is setting in now with travel stocks.

Tui is worth about £3 now at best.

I can see this going all the way back down now due to ages till any news from Boo.

I was gutted I missed £1.70 sell but happy now I sold at £1.50

I used to think that shorting was a pain in terms of investing but it after trading for a while I realised that if there no shorters the market would just mostly stay static.

Look at cin it bounced from 20p to 35p for weeks because people made money on the falls and rises which is useful if you’re into day trading.

6th of jan or 7th more shares were issued which is why its dropped from £5ish these shares in relative terms should really only be worth £3ish at best but with all reality setting in now that this year is likely going to see COVID around for ages I can see tui hitting £2 at some point.

This is so so over priced now it’s unreal the markets at the moment are crazy and I bet it still go up on Monday even with the travel corridors being closed.

I rate this at about £2.50-3-00 at most do new people here even realise this has share was diluted recently or are they thinking it’s just cheap compared to last month?

I’ve got out of this earlier today I was watching my profits disappear like allot of people I should of bailed at 370 I got spooked today when Nick Ferri on LBC started talking about Boo in a bad light.

But I’ve got software called share pad which I’ve spent allot of time looking at today and what ever happens over the next few weeks this company will have to breach £4 sooner or later the company’s figures are good! And projection is great.

If it gets lower I might come back but for now I’m going to look at something else which is hard at the moment.

Trading is becoming challenging now and my thoughts are that a couple of months ago the market was highly sensitive to sentiment look at the swings with news but I think now reality is kicking in about company’s and the damage they have received.

Everything I look at now seems about the right price for around 50% of what they was pre COVID to me it looks like allot of companies only have a few percent rise left but have lots of room to fall 20% if the economy just becomes overly negative.

I think the all the bargains are now gone!

I normally don’t care about small drops or gains but I think a few people here have summed things up.

If it drops based on good news it’s a real kick in the teeth is the news had come in bad today you just expect the loss but I’m sitting at home now and I’ve lost confidence in my ability to make decisions on trading everything I thought I knew is upside down.

What are peoples thoughts on the drop especially has most people feel this should be easily in the 380-400 range now.

And what makes it worse is where is the recovery going to come from I cannot see anymore news from boo for ages so I’ve completely wasted 2 months of being here.

Can anyone explain what’s going on?

To me it’s allot more than 4% fall considering I thought we would be closing near £4 today.
