Exactly, ive heard landlords ague that if they are forced to sell up then no-one will be around to rent houses out to people.

I think if a million landlords sell 10 of their houses then people renting might be able to buy a house.

Of course there standard of living should be less, they are young and learning.

This is probably why rents and housing is so expensive because students that are not borrowing tens of thousands ever year to do stupid courses are taking up all the housing stock.

This is the problem, historically, students would live in a house shares or rent a room and rough it for a couple of years, eat pot noodles, have a few drinks and smuggle their own hooch into the pub and work a part-time job.

But now students for some reason don't believe their standard of living should be less than someone in theirs 40s working full time.

I also think student loans is a ticking timebomb, its not included into government debt, however only 20% of this money ever gets paid back in full but the outstanding amount is many billions that someday we will have to pay back.

I'm not having a go i just think expectations should be more realistic
