If people knew which way a share price was going to go in the short term we'd all be very, very rich. This is most emphatically NOT a traders share. If you believe in the story, understand the nature of our corporate position and read the FS, you'll buy, regardless of whether it goes up or down a few pence over the coming weeks/months. If you are a trader looking to make a quick buck, this isn't a share for you.

What doubts would those be? I was right at every turn. If you'd read my posts you would also be fully aware that I've never said anything against the current business nor it's management...although I think the CEO's rewards were absolutely outrageous; but that's an issue for you blokes, not me. I have always wished the company and it's shareholders well. And I don't judge current shareholders, however, they were plenty of people on here who deserve to be absolutely disgraced for their appalling behaviour at the time. It's nice that a number of them have publicly apologised,whilst others have scurried off into the ether, lacking both the manners and balls to accept that their behaviour was dreadful and their judgement truly disastrous.

As for your other comment, it may well have escaped your attention but these boards are public boards and anyone is free to comment; although there are many people who only ever wish to hear puffed-up, glossy, ramptatsic stuff.And no, it's not about 'goading' other posters, although heaven knows there were plenty of people who fully deserve it. Since your moniker is familiar, I guess you've been around on here for a while. If that is indeed the case, you will know exactly why, from time-to-time, I post. I prefer the stability that we've enjoyed for many years. I'm very happy to sit tight and wait for a significant rise based upon real developments, rather than the antics of traders. Although this may appear to be frustrating, it's much more better being invested in a real company that's working towards becoming a significant player in its market, as opposed to some fly-by-night,Aim listed piece of junk...of which there are many. I also happen to think it provides a better base for investors to make proper decisions rather than rushing all over the place, buying or selling based upon nothing other than FOMO. It has also helped make our company much more investible for the large institutions who hate price volatility.

the first of the censures in relation to QPP emerges. The auditors Tenon (now called something else) have been fined �1m for their failures in relation to the audit of QPP. The partner concerned was fined �80k and one imagines his career may be over. Basically, they allowed themselves to be misled and failed to ask enough questions. This will be very interesting in terms of the legal action being taken by some ex-shareholders as it appears to demonstrate that the financial statements were indeed totally misleading. One also assumes the SFO will taking particular note of the outcome.

Bandit, I absolutely agree...it is a normal market activity and in many instances is the one thing that can alert private investors to imminent failure...CLLN being the best and most recent example. Mind you, when a fund gets it wrong it can be disastrous...just look at Odey's performance recently. In the case of BCN, if there a few small short positions out there, and they have been taken out by private investors, you really would have to question their sanity. In effect, they are saying they understand more about the company than do the worlds two largest fund managers, and the cornerstone investors, all of whom have had full access to the company during their dd process. I also agree that the race up to 150p was overdone and premature. Sadly, it pulled in the type of punter that this company has quite happily managed to avoid for the past three years.

By whom and by how much? Even if it were, the amount would be so minute as to be totally irrelevant. I suppose I could ask the same question of you that obs asked me i.e how do you know? And just out of interest, given the cost and risk, who on earth would botber?

obs, what you say is possible, but if you are saying that several parties are acting in concert to keep their individual positions below 0.5%, I take it you aware that they have to declare the concert party? To be honest, if anyone does have a small sub-0.5% they are clearly mad and in any event are irrelevant. Just bear in mind the level of institutional holding. It massively outweighs what any small-time shorter could do.

taufor, I keep and eye on that list and can tell you that in the 3 years I've held these shares, they've never appeared on it. This share is not being shorted. The recent fluctuations are caused by the very small sells of private investors. So can we please stop all this shorting conspiracy nonsense?

TBT,I use HL and they do not lend out stock held in nominee accounts. Indeed, I cannot think of any of the retail platforms that do.

Btw, I have one complete dog in my portfolio and yes, I did buy it after a very long lunch and was happily pished. I almost wish someone would short it to death...it would save me having to look at it day after day.

TBT, you're quite right, there many aim stocks that should be shorted to within an inch of their lives...utter dross and in some cases, a straightforward con trick. Anyone shorting this stock at the moment would have to be several sandwiches short of the average picnic; or completely pished when they did it.

This is such a common misconception amongst pis. In many cases, AIM stocks cannot be shorted...there are no lenders of the stock. People always use shorting as a convenient excuse for a fall in the price when in fact the truth is simply that there are more sellers than buyers. In this particular stock there is absolutely no evidence to suggest it's being shorted. In fact, given the make-up of the share register, it would almost certainly be impossible. If you look at today's sales, they are all miniscule. As sharealot said,they are simply very small holders who lack patience and probably have not the faintest idea about this company but bought in the recent upswing. For those of us who've been around for a long time, we've seen it all before.

sharealot, you have to bear in mind some of these sellers are long termers...they've been holding for at least two weeks!
