TC, I'm not sure which institutions held shares in which of the various corporate entities, maybe there were differences? However, I agree that we can expect some more announcements, including something from the company, probably on the web site, which will show the ii holdings in Lithium plc post-re-domicile. All I know is that as far as my own shares are concerned, due to HL's utter incompetence, I don't have the new ones yet.

As posted on the KDNC page, this must be a reflection of the fact that the shares have been transferred from Lithium Limited to Lithium plc.I'm also assuming that at some stage we will get an announcement from other holders who were in this position. Additionally, once the whole thing has been resolved, I'd assume the company will post something showing all significant shareholdings in Lithium plc.

I guess this is simply reflecting the change of domicile and that their shares are now held in Bacanora Lithium plc rather than Limited.

Received the same message yesterday with an apology added. I had pointed out to them that I had previously received a note stating that they HAD received the shares. As Kluck says, they didn't do their job properly but, being a financial services company, they will never admit fault. The irony is that this process is all electronic...how on earth can it take so long?

yup! Although I did recently revise my short term calculation downwards, and by short term I mean 2018. Once we get the DFS for Zinnwald next year, we'll be way over �5!

One final thing; if the company manages to acquire 2bn of assets without issuing vast numbers of shares, I'll come on here and admit I was wrong. If however, the company does what it and Mr Earley has said it will do i.e pay for the acquisitions with shares, I'd hope you will similarly admit your mistake and the highly misleading nature of your fantasy calculations.

You really haven't got a clue, have you? For example, earlier you suggested that the existing share capital may already be the diluted figure and that the shares had been allocated to the target vendors. Putting to one side the arithmetic and the fact that the share register would show this, does it not occur to you that the company may have mentioned it? Perhaps you could also give some examples of companies being sold for such massive discounts to nav? By the way, is it your view that raising say 500m in debt is easy? My guess is that apart from your mortgage, you've never ventured anywhere near the debt market.I can assure you, you have to be very credible with an absolutely cast iron business case.

In nearly 40 years of being involved in corporate acquisitions/dispoals/operations, I cannot recall a single example of a successful business/businesses being sold for a huge discount to net assets. Depending upon the nature of the assets, discounts may be applicable, but not to the tune of 80/90%. So, let's assume $2bn can be acquired for a 50% discount.i.e $1bn. And let's assume it can be funded 50/50debt and equity. So, the sterling equivalent of $500m has to be issued. One of the critical ingredients of any negotiation like this is the value agreed for the issuers equity. As I suggested prevously, no one would accept a 25p valuation for existing Whet shares. 1p would be very generous. So Mr Squid, in my example Whet has to issue 500m worth of shares at 1p a pop and raise 500m debt. I'm sure you can work out the arithmetic. Let's put to one side the absolutely vast challenge of raising the debt and simply ask "why would a vendor want unquoted paper"?
