Just think how much Dan and the team have going on at the moment:

1) Dealing with JCC.

2) Dealing with any other interested parties.

3) ExCo.

4) Cipa.

5) Licence applications.

6) Tan drilling.

7) Finance/Franco/others.

I'm sure there are many other things as well. And then bear in mind we only have a small executive team and only Dan has the skills/authority to deal with many of these issues.

For such a small company the various teams are fully stretched at the moment, and I guess if they miss any deadlines they can be forgiven.

This is the disclosure list of related parties i.e directors and DGR.

If they're going to meet their own timelines, they have 7 working days to produce the details of ExCo and the CIPA, although I do wonder how much the distraction of JCC's bid has delayed matters.

Eloro, the heading was described as 'Catch Up', in other words it may have been routine. Having said that, why have a routine meeting at midnight?

The fact is, it was just a simple mistake that I thought I'd mention on here for no other reason than it may be of passing interest/amusement for a few people. Of course, I should have realized the needlesslyalive would go into full meltdown...again, which is equally amusing. 19 utterly irrelevant posts, full of his usual bile and bitterness.

Incidentally, the mystery of why I received the email has been cleared up. I share my christian name with someone at RBC, so when Dan sent the invite he didn't check the surname. Easy mistake, and we've all done it.

Bozi, I'd happily return, provided they pay me the same amount as they're paying RBC. Although these days midnight conference calls may be a bit tricky.

I've just checked my email and notice I had a message from DV inviting me to attend an hour long video meeting which was to be held at 00:15 this morning. Apart from me, the other attendees were DV and someone called Paul Betts, who is one of our advisors at RBC.

The invitation was clearly a mistake and it was cancelled 30 seconds later, which is a pity because I'm sure it would have been interesting!

I'm begining to think the guy must be a visionary with super- human powers. He's able to look at a trade and determine whether the seller is a long term holder or not. Awe inspiring stuff.

I love it when these goons turn up, but I do wonder about their sanity.

Eloro, well, mate, my old mate Bazza from down the bowls club had a stroke last Thursday and his wife Sheila has taken up with Bazza's best mate, Bazza.

My cousin Bazza's wife who's also called Sheila and is 93 years old, has just played her final rugby league match, so we all had a big p**s up and I ended up asleep in the dustbin behind the outside dunny of the Miners Arms.
