As for my 'claims' of contacts, yet again you are hopelessly and pathetically wrong. In all the years I've held this share I have only once had a conversation with a board member, a fact verified by a poster on here. I've had one email contact with DV, again verified by two posters on here. So please don't try any of your patronising BS, it doesn't work and simply makes you look more infantile, if that's possible.

Very few of us are happy at way things are going and we don't understand how we've got to this point, but the fact is not one of us has a clue how this will turn out.

Fort, as we know, DGR shareholders have to vote on the disposal and Mather isn't able to take part, so there's obviously uncertainty over which way they'll go. Does he have sufficient influence over shareholders? If he does, will he steer them in the direction of a no vote? Either way, I assume they will not be in a position to offer a view before the 26th.

Apart from the obvious holders, am I right in thinking only 2 institutions have emerged with a shareholding of greater than 1%? L&G and RWC.

Do you believe something dodgy is going on? To be perfectly honest unless someone has strong evidence of malfeasance, contacting the FCA would be a waste of time. Frankly, they are useless and don't even pursue situations where it's obvious something is amiss.

Eloro, that comment from WI makes his decision to invest behind NM seem rather odd.

I'm no fan of Mather's and never believed he could take this beyond being an exploration play, but I do see him now as being pivotal in trying to achieve a better price.

PS, re yours at 21:00. My original message was simply a brief recap of what others have posted on here over the weekend. There were hundreds of posts and it seemed to me a summary of some of the key points may be useful.

99% of us on here want the same outcome - the maximization of our return, which is what I believe our Board are trying to achieve. Let's hope they can pull a rabbit out of the hat. An interesting week awaits us.
