Japan, Russia, Germany and China are all making massive investments in the use of hydrogen as a green resource. However it is produced it requires storage in large pressure vessels. Guess who specialises in the manufacture, storage and validation of those vessels. (Clue, it's in the name) It really is just a waiting game till the Instos start to re-evaluate what Pressure Technolgy can do. Fixation was on oil and gas but the fact that Shell has given Pres the exclusivity to produce storage cylinders for it's European petrol stations speaks volumes. Hydrogen is so much more customer friendly than battery power for reasons of customer behaviour, vehicle weight and cost. Plus the fact that several of the production methods use the hydrocarbons that Shell currently produces in the changeover. Interesting....very.

Looks an excellent base to kick up from here given exposure to hydrogen and nuclear plus overseeing statutory periodic revalidation of pressure vessels here and overseas.

Here come the early adopters. Discounted prospects will soon come to the fore. Excellent set of integrated businesses in high growth zones.

Speed and predictive...TP's.......

Tom's recent acquisition strategy has played perfectly into the government's increased spending areas. By adding significant exposure to both space and artificial intelligence it has supplemented it's strong earnings base in TP marine. It has excellent long term contracts with Government and blue-chip already so this should provide excellent traction. Add on the increasing exposure to hydrogen generation, storage and use highlighted below and this should now start to motor. Once it hits the radar of the institutions the transformation should take effect. It's been ignored for too long as building a disparate business. Perhaps this will show the prescience of the BoD in positioning it in the high growth areas.

Government to spend significantly on Space and Artifial Intelligence ......just where TP Group has been concentrating its acquisitions and resources. Deja vu...spot on!

Revalidation team

Interesting to note that the MCap here of £11m is currently covered by book assets of £31m. The company has stated that it will make a loss this year and is writing down £14m intangibles etc but £31m-£14m=£17m. That leaves £6m scope for loss without eroding assets. The outlook here looks a lot more encouraging after the exclusive contract with Shell to supply hydrogen tanks, the shift to green energy and the unshacking of the realisation team post lockdown. Interesting.

Clear to see how much potential is just not priced in here when you look at the only other listed UK hydrogen producers ITM, AFC and Ceres all of which have risen remarkably on prospects. Good time to get on board as an early investor IMO.

Looking at a 3yr chart there is a clear rising trading channel forming where short sharp dips are followed by quick retraces back to that channel. Unexpected news is usually the trigger and the MCap is now at such a level that such a gap jump looks imminent. TP should revisit previous highs of 8.5 to 8.75 and overshoot to around 9p. A new base formation in the rising channel should then become established with the usual temporary blips as time passes. The business is progressing well despite low investor sentiment but the clear value here will surface. With over 90% of forward contracted business with Governments and blue-chip and a significant amount of business in security driven high barrier to entry fields it's a solid platform for continuing growth. No debt and no furloughed staff.

The seller of 250k parcels has now gone and the share should now bounce back markedly having failed to benefit with the market recently. No furloughed staff, debt-free with £6m cash and £7m loan drawdown available. 80% of substantial forward order book with governments or blue-chip. All 3 divisions in high growth areas. Solid. DTR and hop on board.

Too cheap now. MCap £39m with EV £32m.
Operating in Specialist Space and Defence Consulting, AI, Clean Tech, Carbon capture and Electrolyser based Hydrogen and Oxygen solutions. Cost of aggregated businesses acquired since 2012 £36m. All now operating cohesively under one umbrella with dead wood discarded. Far below potential value here. The value of the specialist marine engineering and electrolyser business alone is well in excess of total MCap imo and calculations now.

Slick presentation on website. This has to be a buy at this bargain basement level. Undervalued on fundamentals.

Instead of grumbling about underperformance, lobby the II's. Type your email and post to M&G, Cannacord, Close Bros, Differ and L&G. They have the combined power to institute big management shakeup and rewards. Together they hold over 50% of TP Group. Action not words. Yes, I hold and am doing it. Time for PC pass the baton.

Exactly just 1% of the shares in issue traded and yet marked down 16%!!! Tuck away and sleep soundly - this will rerate for all the reasons mentioned.
