I suggest you get in touch with Steffan if you are a current shareholder. I think his enthusiasm for Porta and the not inconsiderable reduction in his remuneration package versus what you would expect is a massive indication of how much he knows can drive the company. He knows what assets he has and he clearly sees how they can work increasingly and strongly together. His vision of a fully integrated and seamless communications and marketing company is now evolving as witnessed by recent wins.

Everything is moving in a positive direction and has been since 2011. Strong trading has been re-iterated time and again. Directors have bought consistently, and in quantity for over 18 months. We have transitioned from a cash-hungry company growing by start-up and acquisition to a cash-generator in 2016. As DW has repeatedly stated, he is disillusioned that the shareprice has failed, and is failing, to reflect the massive progress made. The answer is to hire the big hitters like Steffan and Gavin to accelerate even more. These guys are no turkeys. They are jumping on board with impressive career histories so they are equally convinced of the outstanding possibilities here. Do I want them on incentivised performance above 13p?? Damn right I do because that doubles exactly the value of the paper in my hand now, this moment in time. Will I vote it through? You bet I will. Porta is going places. Jump on or step off - the choice as always is with the investor but this scheme will certainly sweeten potential II's.

Crikey, there really is no pleasing some folk. Setting the 'hurdle' at 13p is well over the 10p par value and it is only when that 13p has been exceeded that these payment options kick in. The share price is currently 6.50p and rising on the back of this incentivisation. So what is your alternative plan - Increase director pay with NO incentivisation?? Time and again it has been proven that deals of this type are highly productive; not least for existing holders. If it means that the shareprice moves up to reflect the increasingly positive prospects, then I'm really happy, why wouldn't I be. And as for new investors getting on board now...........Great time to do it IMO. If you're unhappy df, you always have the option to sell...................or wait and see 13p plus exceeded............... I think it will happen a lot sooner than you think.

Buys outweighing sells. EKF exhibiting at Malaysia Healthcare Show next week. Finals are pencilled in for April 5th. We know the sale of Selah write-down as per 3rd Feb Trading Update so hopefully will give indication from Ron of return to profitability.

Lots of buys coming in now - certainly appears to be winning the seal of approval!

This is clear pathway for building a successful £50m plus company. The incentivisation plan is structured perfectly for existing shareholders and aimed at those directors who can directly drive it forward. The underlying business is sound and progressing strongly and the goal to double the shareprice [and more] is obviously within reach. When so many AIM stocks repeatedly dilute out existing shareholders, Porta has shone like a beacon to investors. David Wright has NEVER issued shares below par value 10p and has honorably stuck to his promise. We really should salute those AIM execs who, despite the market sentiment failing to rise with rapidly increasing prospects, do not start issuing paper at the drop of a hat. Top marks Porta for continuing to come up with ground-breaking schemes like the inclusion of Capital Access in HQ in exchange for 29% shareholding. It is this sort of creative business planning that justifies faith in management when frustration at the low shareprice would phase others. I am more and more convinced that 2016 is the year we actually 'detonate' in the PR communications field. With Gavin joining the bridge in July, we have a great team-building crew at the helm.

Very fair and sends a strong signal to the markets. This is an excellent incentive plan as it includes a 'hurdle' over 50% above the current shareprice. Noticeably, it's aimed specifically at the business creators of CEO, CD, MD and FD with chairman Bob Morton not included, but probably driving it. This is a real vote of confidence in both progress and ability as acceptance indicates that this is clearly achievable. It recognises that all Porta holders will benefit by this incentivisation and continues the long-standing promise of DW NOT to dilute out those who have supported growth. Happy to vote yes on this.

Chris did say end of June in December so that's fair enough for me and that is exactly mid-year. It's been a long time coming but majority of delays were out of his control eg initial licence delays and fire at company producing cutting and polishing gear. Despite setbacks its all falling into place this year and paying in goods4services is a great way of shifting stock whilst we ramp up from July. The margins soar once FOX are able to polish and finish in house. With new white marble now on stream and being the key to big numbers, should ramp quickly. The big players want the whites in bulk with colours as balanced stock.

The comment on fundraising was generic; certainly not directed at yourself. You called this one absolutely spot-on with regard to timing. I'm sadly not an investor who ducks and dives, preferring to balance my holding by buying on dips if I believe my original investment criteria prevail. I wish I could disassociate more at times, but that would be trading and AIM just ain't the trading place. I prefer to stick with FTSE100 c&p and £/$/€ for that side of my pension fund. My own opinion was that any fundraise would appear in January if your cashflow scenario was correct as March/May would be critically too late. I believe we are generating cash on two of the three fronts. I also believe in front-loaded contract wave-theory where we are beginning to escalate cashflow. That was my reason for believing that we are now at inflection.

Tightly held shares and volatile market quite simply. The shareprice here can be very volatile reflecting day-to-day sentiment rather than work at the coalface. Any news will swing this share markedly with more limit imo to the downside than the up. Posters have been speculating [predicting] a fundraise since last November whilst JB has repeatedly denied the need for it. The longer this goes on - now 4 months - the better. If the anticipated cyber contracts are starting to flow, and if, as I suspect, they are front-loaded, the light at the end of the tunnel is now racing towards us. Nobody is watching the other two arms [which were the original big earners!]. Intelligence and Resilience could really surprise as was noted in the interims - Karl Barclay will remain as a consultant to the Company remaining involved with a number of specific projects which are currently under development. Intelligence has repeat income from numerous organisations where physical security threats have certainly not reduced. At this low MCap, the element of surprise from any one of three arena could be dispropportionately rewarding so I certainly don't see it as a sell.

If you look its actually an internal circle as Bob [Hawk] is the biggest shareholder. Not really relevant here as he's been a long-term supporter of a myriad of smaller companies over the years - Cryptic was a Dotcom entity set up in 2000 that didn't have the legs to go beyond 2014.

Looks a lot more representative of the market.

Tighten the spread a bit - no-one's selling quantity with April forecasting cash-positive.

The quoted spread is massive each morning as today. primarily caused by a small number of shares traded at below market quote [1000 @ 9p]. The offer price of 11p stays firm most of the day [actually offer 10.5 ish] only to narrow at end trading day. Mildly annoying as it prevents some interested investors from jumping on board this rapidly mending broken model. Come April, we'll find that Ron Zwanziger has healed it nicely and put it on an upward trajectory.

Did you site Glencore as an example on purpose? Like it. Reminder to new investors. The first commission that Steffan Williams brought to Porta on his appointment as MD last year was Glencore. They were languishing at 80p and totally unloved by the market at that time. Porta's remit was to improve investor communications. Six months later the price has doubled and investor sentiment has completely reversed. That's why I really think HH should wake up and smell the coffee as 50% upside here is easily achievable this year. We have transformed from cash hungry to cash generative and the bigger contracts are indeed flowing in eg Samsonite announced this week.

Aggregate Industries? Part of LafargeHolsim fit quite well into that slot. That would be very interesting indeed since they are huge and have big interests in Asia and USA. Fox has the quarry that supplied the marble from which the White House is constructed and Kosovo is virgin territory for Aggregate Industries. Several directors have very coincident past interests there as well. If all this speculation adds up to interest in Fox from one of the biggest industry players, who am i to complain.

Had a serious rethink about its investment policy. Porta 2016 is a totally transformed business to the one it started to divest from its VCT funds in 2014. Time to look at the 5% holding you have and what its value will be in 12 months time otherwise you'll look like Gordon Brown who sold the British Gold reserves in 1992 at $200 an ounce. Wake up and smell the coffee.....
