The reason is that a person or Institution is in the market and is building a position at a set price.
My guess is about 34 - 35 million to go.

I noted that Dr Parker on appointment to MGC it stated on its web site that he " is currently Chairman of Sareum Holdings plc and a Non-Executive Director of Eternans Limited. "
I note he joined the board of Eternans on the 5 July 2019. Question! should this have been declared to the market??? as he was Chairman of Sareum.??? As far s I can see Eternans is a can of worms and I feel that lots of questions have to be answered???
