You dont get a blue peters badge for stating somethings going to fall after a near on 200% rise a day or so before, given your on record as having it as a strong buy a week prior to that lol - it will take a day or 2 for this to consolidate and with buyers returning and the limited amount of shares available this will motor past whatever you sold at and you’l be paying more than you sold for so dont be greedy and join the party before its too late.

Also instead of watch and learn can you go into more details as to why a week later this is now a strong sell as im sure everyone wants to know, or tell us what entry your looking for? Like the 1.95 you’ve been waiting on in metro for months and its trading at over 3.00

Shameless strategy he has, oh well. After every spike (which Wednesday was, not that its reflective of the sp here which will end up much higher than the 2p it was it) theres always a retrace as mm’s know those chasing will move on, in a couple of trading sessions this will pick back up and move quickly.

Few buys yesterday show how quickly this moves, imo this closes above 2p this time next week. Patience always pays (not that waiting a couple weeks to double your investment requires patience, yet this is aim and thats hard for some). GL

Closest i can find with little time to play, french and UK markets are run very similarly so there probably wont be much difference as im quite sure i’ve read similar in the past trading on the London stock exchange.

In case the shares above these thresholds are not declared, any shares held in excess of the threshold and undeclared may be deprived of voting rights at future Shareholders' Meetings if, at that meeting, the failure to make a declaration is acknowledged and if one or more shareholders holding collectively at least 3% of the Company’s share capital or voting rights so request at that meeting.

All individuals and entities are also required to notify the Company in due form and within the time limits stated above when their direct or indirect holdings fall below each of the aforementioned thresholds.

80% of shares held by institutions and directors, sooner or later when buyers return there will be an almighty squeeze for shares here.

Good example take Miton, they had around 9.5% however their notification arrived at 0% and not 8/7/6 etc.

Dont know if your aware but Miton have been selling on multiple aim shares across their portfolio, a change of direction for the company maybe? Similar to Ruffer who openly said they’re leaving aim and focusing on more stable markets.

No you wouldn’t Suhail, say if on Monday 12pm you took your holding from 7% to 8% but on Wednesday at 9.30am you bought more which took it to 10% you then have an additional 2 days in which to notify. So in a nutshell if the buyer has finished buying within 2 days he would need to notify the market. There are thresholds where a buyer surpasses which have to be notified to the market, i dont know (or think) its every 1% but can check this online and confirm tomorrow.

I know some investors do buy strategically to stay under thresholds so to not notify the market etc until they’re ready to and a small purchase later they’l do so having passed the threshold.

This stock reminds me of a certain IDE, in terms of bombed out SP, high IPO, share price movement and the business itself making money (in Pal’s case just started too) - bought in there at 0.69 and watched it arrive at 10p a few months later, its currently sat at 6.50p after consolidating nicely. I can see a similar type of rise here, with mm’s lifting ask on tiny buys, plenty of news flow to arrive and a sp near all time lows. Im here for the medium to long term investing a modest amount (accumulated 600k shares). Like what i’ve read so far and looking forward to digging deeper over the weekend. GL

Tried to dummy buy, NT. Good luck to anyone trying to buy in, like you guys waiting on the sidelines im hoping a riser pops up on the leaderboard and if theres any rainbow chasers left they’l leave to pastures new, if they dont then we’l be paying over 2p in no time for these. Load up with what we can, while we can. GL

Im in here, see massive upside short term and excellent long term potential here. If you scroll past yesterdays nonsense you’l find some very informative posts, coupled with rns releases. This was ipo’d at 17.5p with director buys at 10p - an offer for 50% of out joint venture @5p rejected with over 100 million worth of investment from said partner. All systems are go here with yesterdays news, yet we’re sat at historic lows, only massive upside to come.

Extremely hard to buy any volume, and as soon as buyers return (which they will) this will explode back to life. I have an initial target of 3p here and can easily see this moving past 5p before year end. GL

Suhail i’ve read your research and im impressed by the effort you put in, the fact you found your way to our other vested share makes me believe your doing something right, so well done and dont be detracted by negative comments as haters will always hate. Regarding CTEA it seems awfully cheap given the summary provided and now is a good time to invest into bombed out shares as theres a few recently that have recovered and recovered well. GL

It was weird how they lifted the ask on close yesterday, unless there was a buy they hid. They may just have lifted it to bring it down today, who knows but they’re paying 6.11 on bid now and will take a decent amount too. Daily play is all fun and games as this is a strong buy and hold and wait until the real rises, this moves fast when it does and these small moves are just ways of keeping us watching and thinking, cause if your watching and thinking then theres a chance fear creeps in and boom you sell your shares. Set upper limits to sell at prices your happy with and relax as they’l be hit over coming weeks. GL
