There is no dump, fall is due to timeframe not being met.

The deal is on the table, its been confirmed at government level. Just a case of getting this signed and sealed.

Imo the reason the BOD havent updated is (wrongly) because the dotted line is ready to be signed any moment and they have ‘mates’ loading up such as the 51 million buyer yesterday.

With over 100 million on the balance sheet i cant wait to see the Goldman Sachs review, long way to go until real value is realised here and everything in the most recent updates confirmed the board is doing everything it can to bring value for shareholders in the short term.

Hopefully its not long before GTU3 is released as this is also due any day.

BOD stated they intended to bring more value to shareholders when SP was over 50p and began entertaining ideas of takeover discussions so shareholders can prosper, they couldnt help the fact mm’s took this price where they did based on the rns early October having already confirmed in August the new well being drilled wasn’t showing commercial flow. Mm’s played on this because they knew there was an active seller and took them to the cleaners taking 2million shares at 6p, since then they’ve been lifting this day by day and will continue to do so until we’re back above 50p.

If in the meantime we do get news on any of the multiple fronts its due, we really will get going north very very quickly. Strong buy and hold. GL

The drop is overdone, thats said theres no one to blame but the BOD. The fact over a week ago they provided what looked like a definitive time frame (end of last week) and then didnt deliver (maybe through no fault of their own) but not updating the market when the target time wasn’t achieved is just unprofessional.

Yes the deal will go through, imo it wont be long and weak holders have been shaken out instead of adding like mr 51 million buyer did yesterday to maximise profits on the rise. Regardless of that, this was a douche move by the company played out in a douche way. GL holders, remain patient and reap the rewards.

Takeover discussions are currently being held, no way they sell this for any less than 100p.

GS are currently producing a report. GTU3 up and running to be confirmed any moment. 30p is nothing here, clear run into the 40’s with 70p a first target.

What are you on about, nickel? It generates north of $200m op cash flow pa, and with the debt currently trading at sub 50% of the booked value, they can buy back substantial parts of it from cash. Your advice to people to sell near the all time lows goes down as one of the most value destructive posts I’ve ever read. Please try and understand the story before taking any further position.
