What I was getting at is that the company turning the corner is going to take a long time. Therefore, so will the SP growth. The risk/reward doesn't really seem to be there with this company anymore. They could go bust at any moment just because of the industry they are in. Why risk that for slow and marginal returns?

I guess the significant drop is shareholders not having the stomach to hold for the long term. To be fair, the RNS seems to imply that there is "nothing doing" for a fair while now. It is slow and steady here. I have been here for about 9 months and expected a re-rate on a number of occasions back to what I felt was fair value. I don't think I'll see it anytime soon.

I think graphene was an important step from a diversification standpoint. However, I still consider Kallak to be the only reason for my investment here and anything that comes via the graphene is a bonus. If Kallak collapses then I'll go.

I'm expecting this to start moving late this afternoon and run up until the news on Wednesday. I'm not willing to guess what will happen on Wednesday but a straight line up would be nice!

It isn't undervalued by 4 bags though. it is if you think the deal will go through. There is a lot to suggest that it might not. I think the market is right to be fearful. Maybe not this fearful but fearful nonetheless! It isn't nailed on.

I'm getting less and less confident about this deal going through. It has gone completely silent which usually points to bad news. This has been very poorly handled.

It felt at the time that it was as close as you could get to buying money and I get the same feeling here. Hope I'm proved to be right again

I still can't help thinking about Footasylum when I see the way this has behaved over the last 6 months. That was a success after a little bit of patience so I'm hoping for the same here although I'm expecting a bigger upside here.

Wow nuri... Pathetic comment. It is actually quite impressive that you managed to get everything you said completely wrong. The sentiment is quite atrocious tbh - in case it escaped your attention, the SP is sitting at about 10% of its highs given some quite shoddy reporting. Yes, sentiment turned slightly when the FCA investigation ended etc but I certainly wouldn't say sentiment was high. Fundamentals however... The SP is about level with cash in bank. Sounds pretty good to me even if its just for a punt.

The reason why lth's shares are so sticky is that a lot are significantly underwater now. I'm sitting on a 20% loss at the moment and I know I'll be far from the worst hit. We need a re-rate to get people out of the red and then another re-rate to get a decent profit. It'll happen but there will be plenty of games until it does.

I'd like to see a breakdown of their R&D costs. Clearly the vast majority of this will be salaries. I'm genuinely surprised that the company's SP is holding up. Treading water is the best that can be hoped for at this stage. It has been a long time since there has been anything positive here. I'm frustrated that I have been lured back to this company. I know the BOD are dreadful but I can see a quick win coming soon. A pump and dump is overdue here. Time it well guys but don't hold!!

Hasn't there been enough good news? You may as well roll dice. You just have to get lucky and be on the same side as the market when they manipulate it for their own gain.
