The SP should be double what it is today. Its pretty annoying to watch as I can't justify a top up at the moment. I went through the same thing at FOOT and even though it is annoying, if you sit it out then you make money... Or so I'm told?
Absolutely nothing to suggest that at all but hope you are right haha.
Imagine getting sacked and then seeing the SP going up as a response. Depressing.
It doesn't work like that though. You can't make a bid and then say nahh no thanks, you need to do this that and the other. If you do then it falls apart like it has done here. Unfortunately, we have no idea what Ruyi want because we are being kept in the dark. There are a whole manner of things that could be happening and speculating doesn't help. We need somebody to tell us where we stand.
Yep. It's dead until 9 months time. How annoying. The BOD need to be upfront and explain where exactly we are with things. There has been no explanation about why this has been kicked down the road by nearly a year. Clearly the regulation guff wasn't the problem. They need to explain what the issue is.
That is on the assumption that SR are doing this to try to get Bagir to turn itself around before the deal is completed. Its a fairly odd assumption as they are the ones who put an offer on the table, if they don't like the company they can leave it. To be honest, the whole thing is just looking odder and odder, they can buy the lot for a few million if they want.
Just to add... The reason I am holding and not selling is because the MCap is astonishingly low. The non-refundable deposit the company received from SR pretty much covers it by itself. This is clearly undervalued but its not really the greatest prospect in the world is it, lets be honest.
Rubbish news. Incredibly lengthy delay for no stated reason. This is just pitiful. Anybody that can take comfort in SR's agreement to supply the machinery by September is more trusting than me. What makes this promise any different to the others? It is just a never ending saga. I'm underwater now so just going to throw them in the bottom drawer. I'm not expecting the deal to complete at any point.
Well it is too late for any of us to do anything about it now! Let's hope our bold decision to hold was the right call.
Yeah I wouldn't blame anybody for selling now. Its probably the sensible thing to do even though I'm not going to do it haha.
Weird to think that people make investment decisions based on some weird stereotype. For anybody that has ever worked with any Chinese companies/clients they will know just how utterly unpredictable/unreliable they can be at times.
Yeah. I had a flap at the last RNS but didn't sell any. I should have been taking profit on the ramp up which is easy to say after the event. I was up about 60% at one point I think and now I'm at about break even and might even be under water. I took some time to gather my thoughts and although I'm nowhere near as confident of a completed deal as I was before I still think the upside is huge. Its binary now though and its turned into more of a gamble than anything else. GL
I am pleasantly surprised the MMs didn't take the opportunity to take this on a rollercoaster ride today. Looks like it is a bit of a standoff and news remains keenly awaited!
Was only supposed to be subject to government approval. Clearly we have all been shafted. Typical AIM rubbish, I thought it might have been different with a big hitter coming on board but China is always a massive gamble.
Because they have been so quick with deadlines before? Nobody uses their head, all the comments are just blind hope. You think they’ll get back to us before the deadline and they might want a buyout. Let’s be real, the deal is dead in the water and I’m out at the bell. The company are nothing now.
