George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Splat, that was aimed at the producer of the thread. Maybe semantics but there is a fundamental difference between FCA approval and panel acceptance.
Strike, if you read my post it says “I have reduced my holding” When was that and when did I buy back in? Poor post and as for Smellyben following you, you make a good couple. If you genuinely think GST will be rewarded with full FCA approval by mid-May then hold on to that opinion but I disagree and think there is up to six months testing based on the FCA Sandbox website and published timelines
So to say FCA approval is completely misleading others. FCA acceptance to Sandbox may come mid-May (or it may be declined) but GST has a poor track record of approvals and timing, fact, not my opinion. If GST is successful in being accepted by the FCA panel, up to six months testing will follow and then, it may or may not get FCA approval. Therefore, approval may or may not be granted in November not next week or next month.
Reassuring eloquent words from a major shareholder with no phone. This sh show doesn’t get any better regardless of claims of jam tomorrow and TF was the greatest recruit since sliced bread to put my jam on.
Two threads “Big Order” Bore-off every trade is relative to an individual
Why do you feel it necessary to broadcast your trades? Does it make you feel good? £1 or £1m every trade is important to an individual and big d1ck swinging is pointless. Personally I couldn’t care less what your trade value was and when it was executed
I have reduced my holding Splat based on evidence and research so now I’m 50/50 on success. All I have done is share evidence such as valuations, cash, the CLN, websites and sandbox and lack of visibility of the CEO. Why isn’t Jack visible?
That’s the $64m question Splat, will they reach the first milestone of eligibility?I’m sure if you spoke to a techy they would say based on the current offerings and the latest website that looks like it has been written by a teenager, the probability of success and a market leading proposition is minimal based on what they had seen. As time goes on and on, we’re not left with much to hang our hat on are we? I’d love to say “5p by Crimbo” but after two years of disappointment I’m saying worthless by summer and take the loss or 2p by 2024
C&P from the FCA Sandbox guide below. Fingers crossed they’re eligible otherwise the business is left with very little by mid-June. If it’s eligible, fingers crossed it passes six-months testing including basic English on the website and if it does, very happy investors. So in my opinion the risk reward is .10 or delisted around mid-year or 2p++ in 2024. Just my opinion
Firm completes application form. Resources available on FCA Sandbox webpage to assist with the process. Firm will hear back from the sandbox team within 2-3 weeks of submission of application.
02
Applications assessed against our eligibility criteria.
03
Eligible firms refine the submitted testing plan, with support from the sandbox team. Firms can select from a range of sandbox tools.
04
Firms are accepted into the sandbox once their testing plans have been agreed.
05
Testing phase (~ 6 months) and issuance of agreed sandbox tool(s).
06
Test is closely monitored by the sandbox team.
07
Firm submits its end of testing report, exits the regulatory sandbox
Given that the latest website still has very basic grammatical errors I think GST needs as much gravitas as it can muster.
Another observation; Shame has some credibility and evidently very talented but where is Jack in his role as CEO and public figure of the business? Malcolm came across like he was in court just confirming his name and job title
I have just watched the PI interview from last week again and done some digging on the FCA website and came up with these timelines having read other quotes on timing.
Shane said regarding eligibility “reaching out to us” which I assume is an informal steer in 2-4 weeks so let’s say mid-March.
Shane then said “then the application will be assessed by a panel of senior decision makers whether the application is eligible. I ASSUME that will take 8-12 weeks” assuming is always dangerous but let’s go with his assumption so that takes us to mid-June and at that point they will be told if the application is successful or not.
If the application is successful and accepted and fingers crossed it is, testing, according to the FCA Sandbox application guide, takes~ 6 months so that takes us to mid-December and by that time they will know whether they have FCA approval although given the track record of slow progress, it may well go into next year by which time they would have fully draw the CLN (which has its own financial risks) and raise more cash. In my opinion the risk reward isn’t looking particularly favourable. Just my opinion and research
QUOTE NOVICE: GST “when i realised like this POS it was basically another lifestyle company”
“As for this POS guys 0.2's incoming, bad luck guys win some lose some :((“
THEN TODAY: I’m not looking for your approval buddy I’m fully loaded in solg and gst whether wrong or right time will tell
Credibility of any of Novice’s posts ZERO
Splatted, your cross-ramping on Gcat was a dud and after waxing-lyrical about it being fully funded both funders pulled out and the chairman resigned. 75% down. Instead of boring us with your constant self-promotion about tour busses in the Uk, being in the UK for Christmas then in Taiwan then touring Asia, living in Taiwan and then not living in Taiwan, then in Thailand. Then of course you made £2m on Arb. You’re boring Splatted. Don’t use your usual retort including laddy or laddie Splatted I’m older and wiser than you. Instead, tell us exactly why you’re invested in GST and why you continue to invest and have faith in the Board and their aspirations. Thank you and I wish you happy new year
