He did seem very keen then and i am betting that he is still very keen.
Another factor is the finance,it would be easier to negotiate a JV agreement with ZULU [Sole},in fact if I was in the negotiations I would insist that Zulu went ind and I would want my directors on the board.
I would not want any exposure to RHA,MNH etc.

At last we have the EPO which opens up all sorts of possibilities.
It appear that we have secured the finance for Zulu DFS and attracted numerous suitors for a JV agreement.
IMO a complete restructuring of company will occur within the following 12 months.
Zulu is big,very big, to exploit what it has will require enormous amounts of inward investment,personal who are world leaders in this type of enterprise and cooperation with the ruling government.
IMO Zulu will be moved away from Premier Africa and left as an independent company.
How this is achieved I shall leave to Prem.
I would ,in fact ,welcome the split it does make sense.
Share consolidation,Newco,appointment of new directors all matters in the pot.

I think there is a danger here of attaching the sp soley to the business economics of Zulu and lithium
When you start talking about the sp price in 12 months time you must also factor into any equation the potential,and promising,contributions from RHA,MNH and maybe some early revenue from the gold enterprise..
Premier has a basket of opportunity,Zulu is just one.

The EU has calculated that to meet its targets for EV batteries and energy storage, it will need up to 18 times more lithium and five times more cobalt in 2030 and almost 60 times more lithium and 15 times more cobalt in 2050, all while global demand for rare earths could increase tenfold

“If not addressed, this increase in demand may lead to supply issues,” it said.

The report concluded that “the stakes are high” and suggested the EU needs to “reduce dependency and strengthen diversity and security of supply” in order to secure a broader and more stable access to materials.

I would imagine that the large institutional investors and others have also been waiting in the wings awaiting official confirmation that the EPO has been granted.
Negotiations regarding DFS finance may now continue to a satisfactory conclusion and JV agreements discussed.
IMO this next phase is very,very important to the maturing company Premier Africa.

Having listened to the interview CEO confirmed this was the case.
What I gleaned from the interview was the fact,and I do mean FACT ,that investors are knocking at the door of Premier Africa wanting to be part of the Zulu AND RHA projects.
At last the CEO can give shareholders defiant information rather than "jam tomorrow"
Prem is growing up,it is actually happening and on more than one front.
May I suggest that time be spent doing some research into the green revolution,how fast it is moving,the awareness of supply and demand,geopolitics,energy storage etc etc then return to Prem and assess the company assets.
I have waited years for this day.
