Redtrade--still going with my 1p by the end of April;

Expecting a signed JV agreement within the time frame.
Expecting 3 months of good assay results and increase in strike area.
Expecting lithium prices to continue to rise,rate of rise to increase.
Expecting news of further M & A in the lithium market with colossal prices being reported.
Expecting encouraging news about the RHA negotiations
News about MNH--although this may upset some investors.
Up-date on "...the other 40 licences " that CEO was looking at.
Expecting some good news from exploratory work on EPO ground,extra lithium,gold etc.
Results back from Germany.

Should all this fall within the following 3 months I still stand by 1p

ivans--the ZULU operation has "China" written all over it.
Mr Roach has mentioned in interview that the majority of enquires have originated from China.
Chinese companies,who have never touched lithium in the past,are now actively sourcing secure supplies.
It will be one hell of a bun fight once the DFS is published[OR BEFORE}

I would prefer he sold at DFS--75/80%.
The guy has options,many options.
Can see merit in your idea--I would still sell.

Continue with negotiations to sell a small % of Zulu to finance the completion of the DFS

RNS the assay results as and when available

Continue talks about RHA and MNH.

Complete and publish DFS

Consider offers for ZULU

Throughout period continue with exploratory work on EPO and other licences .

I am rather surprised at the tone of your posting,it is not at all like you to load a post with sarcasm.
Over the years I have welcomed your views,thoughts and suggestions and whereas we disagree on certain issues you have,IMO,kept your postings to the matter at hand and not gone followed others by attacking other posters.
I actually agree with Snowking "mostly irrelevant" comment and here is why;

There has been a multitude of enquiries from other companies wanting to get involved and open early discussions to aid finance to complete the DFS.
There is strong interest in the Zulu operation.
Positive discussions HAVE been taking place,some discussions started when the EPO was granted.
A deal to sell a small stake in Zulu to finance and remove pressure off Premier is what is being discussed and this is not 100% reliant upon verified assay results.
In the context of current events Snowking is correct.

miln--I would also cherish the disposal of 75/80% of Zulu to an established lithium miner.
At this stage ,IMO,it is a matte of de-risking the Zulu operation,Prem currently does not have the necessary mining experience.
Take the money and exploit the EPO ground,you will not only have the cash but you will also have gained valuable experience undertaking the Zulu DFS,look for the larger lithium deposits.
At this stage,should you DFS another strike then take this one to production level.
Zulu is too large for an inexperienced mining operation.
Take the money.
