It is imperative that Mr Roach supplies shareholders with regular news bulletins.
The bedrock of progress will be a constant report on assay results coupled with confirmation that Zulu continues to grow.
This alone will supply fuel to the SP and maintain/increase momentum.
The ever increasing price of spodumene will enhance asset valuations and long term viability
The rising prices will also[IMO]create a need of urgency amongst potential suitors.
There is no indication that, for several years, lithium supply can match demand.
2022 is the year --it is the coming of the EV
Factors having e measurable consequences on SP.
ANY signed JV agreement
The issue of a TR-1
Any sniff of a bidding war
The publication of the completed DFS report
Granting of planning permission for a spodumene concentrate mine in Zimbabwe
Commercialisation of any of our gold interests
Further government proposals encouraging development of a lithium industry in Zimbabwe
AND
News that 2 maybe 3 areas within the EPO have DFS potential

Well,have read all the postings about hostile takeovers.
Can we take this back to the bare knuckle and remind ourselves about the modus operandi as to Zulu.
Mr George Roach has made it VERY clear
NO SELL OUT
It is the prime objective of Premier to develop and build a fully functioning spodumene concentrate mine in Zimbabwe
Any agreement[JV] will leave Premier with a" SIGNIFICANT STAKE" in the mine
It is the objective of Prem to get the mine built as soon as is possible.

IMO any move by a 3rd party to attempt a take over will be rejected by Mr Roach,this will make the bid "hostile"
Roach did intimate that any offer to buy Zulu would have to be a gargantuan amount of money and would be put before shareholders.
It pleases me that we have within Prem a block of very large shareholders,holders who are aware of Zulus potential and worth and,I assume,would not accept a low offer.

I hope that Roach gets his way .
