Yet another "dark pool" transaction.
Yesterdays transaction was 90K,today's almost the same.

kspine at the end of last year and at the early part of 2022 i was extremely bullish about Premier Africa however as time goes by i must admit that my enthusiasm and confidence is beginning to wane somewhat.
At this juncture let me make it clear,the fundamentals are good however i am not very happy with the management of the company assets.
I concur with a lot that steward1 has just posted.
Shareholders should still do very well,but below expectations.

I must adjust and agree with redtrade --Zulu being the target as against Prem.

johnnypc--I think the resource update and the publication of the DFS will be the last true involvement by Roach,thereafter the Chinese will take over,will bring in own team and run the operation.
If you listen again to the last interview Mr Roach gets very edgy when discussing mine construction,no confidence in his voice--he was bluffing,blagging it.
When people say that Roach has no plan I strongly disagree,CEO has it all planned--HE WILL JUST NOT TELL SHAREHOLDERS.

Each time I listen to George talking about the further development of Zulu the more I am convinced that the CEO has just about reached the limits of competence.
In every interview he is leaning on the investor to take the project forward,the investor will bring this,will introduce that ,can open doors,can plan mine construction ,has a level of expertise.
It is my opinion that Prem is looking for the investor to lead the project to production.
How will the Chinese view this relationship--they will just buy Prem and IMO CEO already knows this .

Anyone got any thoughts about the content of the next RNS and time line.

It will be very interesting,in time,to see the details of any "deal" /takeover negotiated by ALL.
Herbert is Chairman at ALL and director of Prem and MNH.

Redtrade the 1p by the end of April was not driven by hype.
I expected the "deal" to re-rate the SP and I honestly thought others would be interested in Zulu/Prem.
I also was expecting resource news and a regular update on assay results.
In addition ,I thought Prem would supply an annual review of EPO and MO.
This news flow was expected between January and end of April--no hype.
On the release of the above news I calculated 1p .
Unless an enormous offer comes in I think I shall have to concede.

I was pleased to hear during the interview that CEO was very pragmatic regarding lithium/spodumene future prices.

johnnypc--I agree,it does look like the "real news" is many months away and George appears reluctant to support the SP with regular news updates.
Cannot see any resource update being available soon and DFS-- 3rd maybe final quarter.
I follow your logic about making profits elsewhere,however I shall take the alternative route and accumulate cheap shares.

johnnypc--Mr Roach has his £12million so he can once again put two fingers up to shareholders.
He has it within his power to release a constant stream of information which would settle the market,he decides not to.
I am sure that all will be well and SP will,at some time, re-rate.
George does not do himself any favours.
