Well June has arrived.
To comply with regulations the company must publish its accounts for the year ended 31 December2021 prior to the end of this month.
It is usual for the Chairman to review the year and post comments about MO for the following year.
I have found ,in the past,the forward MO comments very informative.

Wolf--come on chap--George and timelines--the two will never be compatible.
Giving CEO two months to prove to me that Prem can transform into a serious player in the Zimbabwe lithium programme.
My gut reaction is that it will be done.

For those of us that have genuinely held Prem shares for many years today's news comes as no surprise.
This is part and parcel of being a Prem shareholder and dealing on the AIMS market.
I actually don't blame CEO one bit,why not feather the nest.The company is on the cusp of great things,love him or hate him the CEO has got Prem in a prime commercial position which has been endorsed by one the the worlds principle players in the lithium /spodumene market. The investor must be convinced that Prem has the goods--12 million is a reasonable investment and purchased shares at a premium.
Today's actions will have been sanctioned by the investor.
Move on folks.

Even after today's panic selling the company shares have still risen by over 74% in the past 6 months.
A little better than bank interest.
