Sorry guys, I am leaving the BB for a time.
The BB has a virus, it is now, IMO not a place I wish to spend time.
To my colleagues, we know where this is going.

happyhols--agreed, a nice steady rise is beneficial.
In all honesty not expecting great things for the first month, gremlins, adjustments, etc thereafter looking for an efficient, profitable mine.
George has made it clear that he is keen to ramp up production and increase capacity which by the well-executed mine plan will, as you say, only require modular bolt-ons.
Zulu has a state-of-the-art mine, run with the aid of the latest mining technology, one efficient piece of kit.
Premier and Stark will work together on future projects, and soon.

Nice payday for Premier during April, will be nice to witness some cash coming into the company, and even better that it will be on a regular basis.
This will take a lot of pressure off the company and lay the foundations for greater things.
February 2023 is the transformational month for Premier Africa Minerals.

Profit--as I understand it there is no fixed price agreement.
The price is flexible and will be calculated on the spodumene average price over the previous month.
I understand that both parties will use data from Fastmarkets.
I think this is a very good system.

Laverda--the finance to create and finally publish the DFS will not require any financial contribution from the pilot plant.
You will note that an RNS report states that 12 million has been made available to cover DFS costings.

Laverda- there has always been a probability that a 3rd party may make an outright purchase offer for the Zulu mine.
Should CEO wish to build a much larger mine then 3rd party finance maybe accepted.
One has to listen to George when he discussess the situation in Zimbabwe and the west being behind the ball.
He explains that should the west wish to join the party at Zulu he would CONSIDER west investment.
A formal DFS would ,IMO,be required in such circumstances.
Other than further investment into Premier I agree the DFS report has no urgency.

Trading economics;

"Lithium is expected to trade at 476847.00 CNY/T by the end of this quarter, according to Trading Economics global macro models and analysts' expectations. Looking forward, we estimate it to trade at 490124.25 in 12 months."

Prem should do well on those figures.
