I agree that Stark is really under the spotlight, credibility, and all that.

What does encourage me is the vast knowledge that both Premier and Stark are accumulating and the considerable expertise that can be transferred to the next project.

I must admit I didn't expect such interference with plant output, it has been a learning curve for me.

Can understand the frustration and annoyance.

Full and reliable production coming this financial year.

A lot of posters seem to think that George has his back against the wall.

This is NOT the case.

One or two can see through the fog and have an accurate assessment of the game.

Canmax has to be careful.

On a separate issue, the Zim government, which has promoted Zulu's work with the community, would be awfully embarrassed if Zulu failed. The government does owe Premier many millions of $

The game has only just started.

If the fiscal situation at Premier got into such dire straights as some suggest there is nothing stopping the CEO from calling for an EGM to raise the share ceiling.

In return for interim finance, CEO may have to "go upstairs" and the company appoints a new CEO.

I am confident that the major shareholders would back the company if it was a matter of sink or swim.

As I understand it the problems at Zulu require a period of 16 weeks to settle, shall we say 20 weeks.

If I was in charge of Canmax I would grant an extension to say 25 weeks then I would expect regular sales from Zulu at acceptable grades.

If this was not achieved then I would hit Premier hard.

I don't see Canmax leaving Premier.

I do see Roach wanting the option to introduce 3rd party funding.

I do see Canmax wanting some agreement over EPO output.

Canmax--your move.

It remains a game of commercial chess, Canmax has moved in with an aggressive attack which Mr.Roach has adequately defended.

Roach has made some interesting moves that will make Canmax think.

At this juncture, I would suggest that Mr. Roach has a very slight advantage.

All to play for.

The 5m trader has been showing up for many months.

The ONLY reason for the suspension is the inability to provide audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022.

The company may yet provide accounts.

George has been in a much tighter situation than this one.

Stop all the bleating nonsense, if you are so disgruntled sell your shares.

A good point was raised:

Why would Canmax wish to buy ALL Premier spodumene production if the grade is so poor and impossible to improve?

There are many sources of income at the CEO's disposal should he feel the need to use any.

Both Premier and Canmax are in difficult positions, no party has complete control of the situation.

Canmax will be well aware that the fiscal shortfall is only temporary,once Stark can deliver Premier will have a revenue stream,a reliable plant kicking out acceptable grades, and development funds.

Canmax will stick with Premier,foolish not to.

This will all settle down soon--onwards and upwards.

Exciting times are ahead.
