Prem may still surprise us and perform in accordance with the revised agreement, however, the clock is ticking.

I beg to differ on the question of solvency, I believe Premier will still have access to adequate funds to proceed through Q1 should it be deemed necessary.

I am confident that all will be resolved and nameplate plus 25% will be achieved Q1/Q2.

Let's see what transpires.

Zulu remains in the test phase, still using WD40 and spanners, this is why Canmax has been "gentle" with Premier,

I think a lot of investors have geared themselves up for disappointment on the November shipment.

The movement in the sp, SHOULD IT IN FACT COME TO FRUITION, will largely depend on the reason why Zulul has been unable to produce.

Should the delay be of a minor set back then i can see shareholders taking a rather pragmatic view and NOT dumping stock also should the company report that it was timed out for November production but will have the capacity to compensate in December output then the status quo could be maintained.

If however there is a major technical fault at the plant or grading cannot be achieved then I agree,the market will retract all sentiment and confidence.

An interesting period.

Without delivery .40 with rapid re-rate to 60/65.

Largely depends on a December delivery, could deliver 2k plus in December prior to shutdown.

I would be very pleased if Zulu was capable of reaching the output by the deadline.

I would be very satisfied with 1500t at a rate above 5.5% and would commend the outfit for doing so.

I may be proven wrong and an RNS drops containing such information, I hope it does.

My gut feeling tells a different story,unfortunately, I think delays at the plant will not give Zulu sufficient time for a commercial, uninterrupted run of say 22/25 days then product assessment.

It is a lot to ask on a "virgin" run.

IMO time will be the enemy.

That is nonsense, should posters not enjoy reading what Watcher posts just filter him.

The real reason is that Premier is not cascading information, shareholders are venting frustration on the BB.

The posters are in "no man's land".

Please, can we please drop the line that Premier will be hit by some mythical penalty, fine, or other commercial restitution should the company not deliver by the end of November 2023?

Should Premier not supply it is obliged to pay 1.5 m off its debt with Canmax.

A little education, should Premier not produce 1t[+/- 10%] then Premier will make a cash payment of 1.5 million.

It has been discussed on many occasions, that the 1.5 million cannot be deemed as "hammering" Prem, look at it as a contra, cash, or goods.

You must have some confidence in the company if you remain a shareholder.

I don't think George will be going anywhere unless he decides to retire. The CEO still commands support from many shareholders.

The SP is a difficult one, with all the bullish comments from certain posters, press coverage, and input from Stark one would expect the market to show favour.

IMO the market is also unsure and awaits details.

Should the company miss the deadline then yes the price of shares will decline however i think it would be short-term and quickly recover.

Any placing would have the same effect.
