It has been discussed at length and agreed that should Prem be required to pay 1.5 m to Canmax this payment is deemed a capital repayment against the outstanding loan and in no way can it be described as any form of punishment.

Surely the individual has to take some responsibility in evaluating the content of a post and deciding whether the post is credible or not.

Perhaps you should address your rant to the people leading the country or the press barons.
