Whereas i can envisage some positive movement in the SP I feel that the market will crave for reliability and consisantancy.

If after a period of say 3 months Zulu has achieved credibility with output and grades then I feel the market will stand up and re-rate the SP.

The question of profitability will hang over the company for some time.

There are two excellent years but for two different reasons:

2024,an excellent year production starts at the Zulu mine, production is increased, costs tumble and efficiency is monitored.

Regular output as from Q2 with the above-average grades.

Good dent made in the prepayment, Canmax brings revenue to Prem.

Other assets receive attention.

Zulu plant maintaining high output, uplift in spodumene prices bring in sizeable profits to Prem.

Prepayment with Canmax cleared, and the rapid expansion of the company is expected.

Yes, there is a possibility that production will commence in February followed by the first sales in March.

According to George, the plant has to run continuously for 21 days to reach the nameplate.

Spodumene prices are on the floor, current Zulu costs are high, and there is a strong possibility that only minimal profit, if any, will be declared for the first 6 months.

The earliest predicted sustained rise in spodumene price is 2025.

My instruction to George is to go for EGM and raise a healthy sum.

Use 2024 to increase efficiency at the plant, reduce input costs, seek the premium on the higher grade product, and increase productivity.

Continue with the exploration mining at Zulu.

There is a saying "If you think education is expensive try ignorance", IMO that saying can be applied to all of 2023, ignorance costs the shareholders.

2024 is a different ball game, setting the foundation for a very prosperous 2025 and beyond.

Whereas I agree with the importance of the finance it is only stage 1, further finance will be required.

Zulu must demonstrate and start fulfilling potential with regular nameplate production and selling a premium product to Canmax. Should Zulu be unable to push higher targets profitability may have to wait a while.

There is a fine line when looking at the short-term economics of the pilot plant.
