I am well aware of the importance of the grade. It is a major contributing factor when calculating profit/loss.

Should Zulu not achieve the technical grades and most importantly, produce the grade regularly then profitability from spodumene sales will be difficult or should I say not sufficient profits to service outgoings.

Need to convince investors and the general market that Zulu is credible,it can back up the hype month after month

Just a gentle reminder that when you were on the acquisition trail Zulu was an afterthought.

The two driving forces at the time were production at RHA and the possibility of a liquidity event at Circum Minerals.

In fact, if one is looking at SP growth one should remember the frenzy over the IPO situation,the circumstances surrounding the IPO gave rise to the now-famous "imminent"

RHA was in vogue,it sucked up millions,no one was interested in lithium.

In reality,Zulu has only just walked into the Prem party,very much a newcomer

The point being, that 5 years ago you invested in Prem for other reasons than Zulu.

I did say no "commercial" production until Q2 and by commercial I mean nameplate+ at SC6 and above.

Yes, it would please me if the CEO requested an EGM and asked for 10/12 million.

And yes, I envisage Zulu running at a loss in the first 4/6 months of production.

2025 will see spodumene prices make considerable progress and offer Zulu unprecedented profits on the back of an efficient plant that has increased production with regular premium grades.

2025 should also witness the termination of the prepayment agreement.

I hope this clarifies the points you raised.
