however the UK does have GOLDEN SHARE in Rolls Royce PLC , I don’t think RR wants to lose that connection nor do I think the UK government wants to lose control of one of its top GDP producers

Yes !! So as America thre the Sovereign Fund buys a stake in every company it is interested in it will also help stock get priced higher , as less in circulation and more being locked up
