I don’t think so, although it may appear slow it is the first move of any nation into this segment.

UK is a doing more-so than Germany, Spain or the USA into this segment.

The UK budget is still having a ripple in the UK market i would assume. Weeks ago that was all the chatter, has it been priced in yet? And has it the share price corrected itself since than?
