The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Bucky you telling us all that we cannot raise 600million usd. It’s just that CF has feathered his bed and will come out of this with a nice little earner. This is a big fraudulent scam and the powers that be have already closed both eyes. It will all be over soon. Vote no and see if they come back to shareholders for the cash
minus the 250 mill from Reinheart – she will get her money. They should pay for all the Poly reserves that belong to us shareholders. 5.5p is the last shameful act in this play designed to sucker the audience into leaving their lifetime work to an undeserving cast. But for the fact that there is Poly in the ground, you could be forgiven for seeing the similarities with a Ponzi scheme – both designed to part honest people from their money. How much appetite is out there for a battle would be interesting to know? I for one would be pleased to take the battle to these people and see how far the rabbit hole goes. It is just scary what we will find out. The key to any action is to get FULL DISCLOSURE. All the documents. Anyone up for it?
Do we stand idly by and see our hard earned cash disappear over the horizon in the bag carried by an Australian bandit and his BOD merry men. Even before reading tonight’s posts I was wondering if there was some connection between AAL and the night raiders. It seems that such a link exists. How long have these characters been planning and plotting the downfall of this company and its share price to the point of bankruptcy; making us thankful for the saviours pittance when offered. How much di CF plan the downfall of the share price to get us to this point, knowing full well only a share price this low could secure a take over without a rights issue. Driving the share price down from the twenties, down to the tens and then fives with failed ST2, which were always destined to failure. Driving it further down with a throw away comment designed to wipe further shareholder value – remember the “best to take it private comment” given to a hack from the Mail, who went out and printed what she heard? No one at Sirius denied they had made that comment. Miraculously a new way was plotted to first production cheaper and in the same time. Did they truly not look at all avenues before ST2? And now a knight in shining armour comes and offers to pay us back with our own money. Let’s not forget the 50 million pounds put aside for bringing the site back to what is was. This money is ours and unaccounted for. If we accept this offer we will give them a brand spanking new TBM and an SBR, both of which must cost more than 100 and 30 million apiece. Are we really this naïve to go cap in hand and say thank you for your charity, where charity does not exist on their part? The times head line should read “A 28 billion Pound company takes advantage of hardworking folk and is happy take their charity”. It’s an inside job”. It’s a national scandal. This company is worth more than this and if all it takes is 600,000 million to get us to the Poly, how hard did Bandit and his merry men try to get that funding, after all in November he was super confident to being able to get the money. I for one will not vote yes and sign away my savings to an underserving conglomerate who should and can pay more. We should all vote no and show them what we are made off. We should get together and vote off CF and the BOD and take control of this company. They obviously were not good or honest in making decisions. We should start court proceedings for fraud and ill intent and get them to disclose all that really went on. I am confident a review of all the paperwork will uncover a litany of deliberate disasters designed for this last throw of the dice. Stephen Pierce states Woodsmith was on their radar!!!! I bet it was. I am sure amongst us remaining investors we have the wherewithal and knowledge how to bring these people to task. CF should never be allowed to enjoy on penny of his ill-gotten gain. AAL should pay for all the work that has been done to date which is 1.8 million pounds,
Good job that Sirius only employ people with brains and not these two jokers. They would have sold the company at the first obstacle encountered.
And you know this for a fact?
Probably all the posters that are not invested and continually only write negative, repetitive, boring posts in the name of saving us from doom
In the context of what was said by JRC1000, quite clearly he means from HMG.
Without the rest of the context difficult to discern what that means. Does it include trade deals with other countries or just Europe. Anyway we need cash not trade deals at the moment. We, SH, shall all soon find out our fate i guess and i hope it is not as injurous as some have predicted.
CDB also expressed its willingness to invest in the Sirius project. Was Brexit the stumbling block.
Happy Christmas all. Things might be starting to make sense. March 8 2018 proactiveinvestor article.....SM losses widen, looks to China. "Britains departure from the European Union would also open up more direct negotiation with China....." "We could then have the ability to go and talk directly to China about trade rather than have to go throuh the glove of the European Union" "Our dialogue with China is very strong" CDB keen on doing business with us. 1st of Feb news looks likely.
Is it 600 million usd on top of existing cash reserves or is it 600 minus whatever is in the bank. I listened to the 11th November update again and its not clear. CH states they need 600 million to finish risky phase.
Boring and nothing new then. Same hymn sheet.
Heart wrenching story of how quickly things can change for short sellers. Still crying.....with laughter. Barstools

By the side of the river Tees hence Teesside.
Let’s pay the people on Teesside some respect by spelling Teesside correctly. GLA
Actually, to be fair to illbetabuck, he is not the worst. There are far worst know it all's out there
Ah, is that what he is trying to do....get me to sell. I think Illbetabuck is contrarian and a wind up merchant.
Correct. Shaft lining is concurrent with sinking. It was mentioned in promotional video shared by Sirius these machines have only gone to 1000m. But im not sure what point you are making. Are you worried the barometric pressure is too much for the hydraulics.
I’m not sure the two photos show the same shaft. One shows an hexagonal/octagonal shape at the base whilst the other shows the shaft lining protruding. The space ship in the top right corner is a spotlight.......looks menacing
Cherokee Skier1 will never be able to give you that information. He is Mr Hindsight. Only looks backward not forward
