Irrelevant - because of the nature of JV and the existence of Telfer the criteria would not be met.

Have you looked at the criteria for this - although it is broad in scope GGP/HAV would struggle to be approved in its current make-up and planned infrastructure.

That is not to say that some time in the future (without a Telfer) there may be some scope for HAV.

MH - which is what you said "at some point in a similar fashion." So I do apologise for jumping the gun on that.

But I think it is worth being more realistic at this juncture about options for this. At a point beyond a failed negotiation for NEW package.

If you understood the nature of the loan facility you would know that this would not be available to GGP/HAV. Do some research before posting.

S&G - It wouldn’t surprise me if Newmont decided to keep both Telfer and Havieron .

I posted as such some time back - highly unlikely but would not surprise me either.

Things are dragging on but we are another day closer to an RNS on this. However you look at it the dice is still loaded in our favour.
