I will meet you half way on that trip as the dynamic for GGP has changed and that school of thought is understandable however good real estate is desirable as the GGP team focus on land that tells them where the greatest potential is for the next big one. Dooz - I think MH just got a bit carried away with his/her views but it goes show its true colours and he/she is definitely not from a mining background - but seems to promote that it does.
