I suspect we are not far away from the announcement. I think SD buying shares would send a clear signal that DTM is imminent. I think not too far away from SD doing just that.

ITS has a point (and I like the chip wrapper throw away) and I cannot see the "dilution" factor having that much a bearing on the difference.

And their upgrade for what it is worth is having no impact on the share price. And has not done so for some time.
