Speedy re your post on aus gov position - touched on this a few weeks back; in circumstances like this they will be looking at it as we speak. Possible conditions of takeover and yes puts "telfer" in the frame IMO. As you know governments and gold are going hand in hand in the current climate. But the industry is so big they may decide that they can "wear" it.

Hard to put one past you freddo - in fact you have asked me this in the past; for the record (and the last time) I have been a member on this board since 2020. Prior to that only visited this site from time to time. First post July 22 so sat on the side lines for some time before deciding to engage. Bit unusual I know.
