Do we have a timeframe on the likely port news?

We've had some pretty bullish price targets on here ranging from 60p to £6. Given we are currently at 13p, I'm struggling to understand where these figures are coming from and would welcome some explanation or insight and timing predictions. I personally see us getting back to high teens this week, and mid/high 20's on a positive IMF news announcement. Beyond that seems unquantifiable to me at this stage. When is the Port news due?

There seems to be some manipulation today, keeping the share price in the 11.6-12.6 range. I would have thought that with the low freefloat and relatively high volume traded, we would have had more upwards pressure. Not complaining about where we are, but expected better. Tomorrow and the rest of the week will be interesting... and definitely not giving away any of my shares.

I’ll be amazed if we’re not back in the teens by 11 July. We’ve been lying in the doldrums for months now. If we get some good news on the IMF front, expect a big spike.
