Thor, i think Heron 1 is a very likely 2025 gusher is exactly what has them worried, no one expected H1 to have such potential for production, no one including MATAD foresaw or expected the high pressures, it breaks new ground for oil production in Mongolia, and its ours, great stuff.

Proinvestor, still waiting for your reply, what type of vessels do you think we managed to shove downhole through our production tubing that has a maximum ID (internal diameter) of around 3.9 inches (depending on weight/wall thickness )????.

Yes we have casing and tubing in the well, every well does, we do not have pumps or vessels or even etc s downhole.

For info downhole pumps are used to push oil up the hole/well, we were going to use surface beam pump to suck the oil out but found its not needed due to well pressure, vessels, please explain, what type of vessels you are speaking of, gibberish in the first degree

Proinvestor, simple, wellhead needs changed out for higher rated wellhead, the well head

sits on top of the tubing or casing head, simple job to change out for higer rated, saw someone suggest we put a tent / canopy up to change the wellhead, it would need to be a big tent as crane will be needed to lift the wellhead,

MB interview clearly states H1 pressure highest well pressure seen in Mongolia, i would bet they expected sub 5000 psi pressures and have a 5000 psi wellhead fitted and they are encountering 6 or 7000 psi, ifso then 10,000 psi wellhead required, again pretty simple job assuming the conditions are right.

Numbers say it all, i agree, last RNS states H1 production as follows:

" Heron-1 is producing well with maximum deliverability estimated to be similar to or greater than the 821 bopd achieved on drill stem testing in 2019."

My understanding of similar to or greater than the 821 bopd means we can expect more than 821 bbl/d but lets wait see, lets not twist words like some posters on here.

As for H2 the well is already drilled and cased so remedial works to increase flow rate should not add too much to the well cost, especially given the life of an oilwell is around 20 to 30 years.

An asset is always good news, as for how we would pay to develop it we need to await official RNS to tell us, would hate to use guess work.

Not quite sure why we are 1.82% up but given there have been days we dropped for no reason i will take it.

B. Tuvshinjargal on Bloomberg: It is necessary to intensify exploration and establish new reserves

No concerns about the future, its all pretty clear, come April next year we change out H1 wellhead for one that can handle the higher pressures and we open the choke to allow 800 bbl/d production rate.

H2, re-perforation mentioned by MB in the LSE interview, if this is the only problem H2 has then its good news, re-perforate will take 2 days max, no rig needed and its not expensive process, then we put into production, bbl/d unknown at present, pick a number, i would be very happy with 300 bbl/d but its pure guesswork just now, could be more and could be less.

Gobi, try as they might all data says oil in place, work required but as its already drilled and cased we have options.

DQE deal, soft loan etc etc, no doubt news will come in good time, no one knows yet so no point shouting about it.

Oil sales of our stored oil will happen once PC sales agreement is signed of, waiting MPRAM to do this, meatime we continue to add circa 250 bbl/d every day.

Why would there be concerns, 12 months ago we had nothing, now we are producing.

Moveonup, you appear not to have read the last RNS that states " Heron-1 is producing well with maximum deliverability estimated to be similar to or greater than the 821 bopd achieved on drill stem testing in 2019.", so your off to a bad start, yes we are producing around 250 bbl/d just now but as we all know production is choked back as H1 has higher pressure than any well ever drilled in Mongolia hence we need a higher rated wellhead to control this pressure, once fitted the choke can be opened, amazing how selective the NEGS are when posting.

Xshandog 100% agree. however when the NEGS arrived in force a couple of months ago they have done nowt but disrupt the board, i realise this is their intention and exactly what they want but it really does irk genuine investors that the board is now infested with non share holders shouting sell sell sell.

Altan, ref misleading investors, can i point you to overnor post last night at 19.12, his point 2, and quote " Costs involved ? $2m min (tanks and surface infastructure H2) to $4m maybe."

Surface infrastructure, well pad equipment etc etc are included in the completion cost, we KNOW each well costs 4 million from drill to put on production, or if you prefer drill, well test and complete,

Overnor uses 4 million just for completion costs, must be damned expensive oil storage tanks, but no, 22nd August RNS tells us PC supplying tanks at nominal cost, to quote RNS: "PetroChina has provided spare oil storage tanks at nominal cost ", strange how nominal costs can be inflated to = a few million.

Oldcool, agreed that MATD are delivering oil and putting it into someone elses storage tanks without any formal agreement, you see that as a red flag that is your choice, many do not see it as a red flag, many see it as being ahead of the game, we are accruing oil ready to be sold as soon as we are allowed, todate H1 has been on production for 39 days at circa 250 bbl/d = 9750 barrels f oil ready for market once the go ahead is given.

PC will pay Chinese DAQING bench price less $1 for every barrel, Daqing bench is approz Brent price less 7.5%, who know what the oil price will be next week or next month, i dont but for ease 9750 x $67 = $653,250 of oil ready for market and that figure growing every day, i fully understand there are costs, there always are.

TBT, agreed, these lot jump on us for assumptions and guesses but the fact is they also have no idea and grab figures out of the air without explaining how they arrive at these figures or backing them up in anyway.
