Stockmaid, your reasons just dont stackup, infact they are drivel, H1 will be producing a lot more early spring, its really not unusual a well needs tweaked after it starts production, we could not do that in 2024 as winter beat us.

1: Sales agreement signed and delivered allowing us to sell to China, upward price movement.

2: H1 remedial works to increase production to ???? 500 + bbl/d, upward price movement.

3: H2 remedial works to increase production and bring onstream @ around 100-150 bbl/d, based on H2s 5m pay zone as opposed to H1s 18m pay zone, result = upward sp movement.

4: Funding, Mongolia/Petrovis best option but Reserve based loan also an option (these are my preference) , that said the markets may see a DQE / profit share deal as the best option, last resort share issue, eitherway once we have funding for H3, H4 etc and maybe even GOBI upward price movement.

Have not considered PC deal but that seems to be on the table as well (JV, even a buy out of Heron field).

The above will bring 5p by June and sp will increase in the following months as we will be self sufficient money wise.

All this negative distortion by stockmaid, Doc, Adw , Gusto etc etc is rubbish, we are an oil producer now, production will be increased on H1 already producing well.

H2 will see remedial work and will be commercial but we need to wait a few short months until Spring to carry the work out.

Should have said, Reserve Base Loan would be my preference asssuming loan not available on better terms from elsewhere, ie Mongolia, Petrovis etc etc.

Hamm, for what its worth a Reserve Base Loan would be my preference as well though i can see the benefits of a DQE/JV.

With RBL we keep 100% of profits, not so with DQE deal though DQE deal is probably the less risky.

Customs permit needed but not at all like the land permit, unless your a NEG then you say it will take months.

ManxK, i do not think we have commercial amounts of gas but MB did mention if there was enough gas changing over to gas powered generators/ compressors etc etc, saves us buying diesel, given these generators run 24/7 that itself would save us a small fortune each year, though we need to put out for gas powered generator first.
