Ah, the narcissist speaks !! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narcissism
"some on here have made money getting in low." a small minority and newbies time wise !!!
from yesterdays RNS it appear that not much due diligence goes into those either ! 1: 'further to the announcements of 10 November 2017 and 12 December 2013' "Where am I, is it 2017 or 2013 hic!" 2: 'raised £290,000 by the issue ("Tranche 2") of £290,000 of Convertible Notes'.........then in just the next sentence ******* says... '"The Tranche 3 placing completes the £1,000,000 Convertible Note issue' - "What tranche am I on, hic, is it 10am yet ?!"
i think you're converniently ignoring the fact that the CLNs are carrying a 10% interest sweetner - the mention of having warrants etc at 0.8p is just frivolous window dressing But hey - don't let a good headline get in the way of the facts or seeing the wood from the trees :-) He's purely in it for the overly generous 10% return on his investment as with further tranches due to be issued for the Steelmin loan and working capital, then this share will continue to be diluted into oblivion.
It has been a pleasure to work step by step to ready the Company this year and last for the next stage of growth. Our motivation is to add value for you, the shareholders, and to repay the trust you put in us. Andrew Bell Chairman and CEO 22 November 2017
how dumb is cgm? the notes are paying 10% rolling interest - the conversion prices are therefore irrelevant and why pitched so high - ie the notes have been taking up purely because they are paying 10% interest Steelmin have defaulted as most knew on here, JMS shares held as collateral against a 13% loan and so a 3% odd difference in the financing. But on a plus note, if you want a dilapidated old factory that no one else would finance in the world, then strap yourselves in for the ride - its coming to a balance sheet soon !!
placing probably coming Just wait for the broker note and that should confirm one will follow :-)
Bambos "Watch RGM over thr next few sessions. Bought more today and delighted. News is imminent" As Mr T would say - "Pity the fool"
Must be a write up somewhere or someone doing the maths on the UKOG and HH holding v Market Cap
further to my post a second ago I now remember that its on the Companies website (not TR1 form) that its down to the individual - the RNS of 5JUN17 has the following extract... 'The above figure of 576,491,064 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.'
its the duty of the individual to notify the Company and why whenever an RNS is issued that affects the issued capital of the company, then this is specifically mentioned at the bottom of the TR1 form
because it's automated software that looks at the bid and offer and then matches the price you get to the nearer of the two
Purely from a charting perspective - looking good for a breakout to the low 3's in the next week Buys coming throught too this PM
Nice sustained rise today and short term chart suggest a run into the 180's
yep - classic hit and run "Elvis/BG has left the building"
that will be Big Gib offloading his shares from 0.45p then Looks like people have been pumped and dumped again by the Crazy Gang ! Good profit though for 3 weeks work
another tick up here Plenty more gas in the tank at these low levels and people haven't picked up on it yet
No stock about and the chart indicates a quick rise to 17.5p and after a pause up in to the 20's Good fundamentals and not picked up by many yet !
And another tick up. Good volume to support the rise and the age ol adage... "The trend is your friend"
Could be that its coming onto peoples radars Great fundamentals too and from a chart perspective a run up to 17.5p plus looks likely in the short term. From there a pause and then into the 20's
