I got a LOT of abuse, some justified, as my timings were way way out, but I know that was due to early fck ups in the company, and over optimistic info I had, timings wise. but all on track now. The underlying message I had around the comany was sound, 100% .

As for price targets, sky is the limit, however, on my current understanding of the situation I would be looking to 50p, that may change, but will will post up or down if that is the case, I do not trade so not any kind of manipulation intended.

For info, for anyone who has followed the shares I have posted on, I now have another one my sights, which is early stage and will increase as much as NFX, in fact likely much more, I have to say lesson learned for me, trying to give timescles is a difficult science, so please do not rely on any timescale, however, I doubt as long as this has (NFX) taken, given mistakes were made at NFX, Dan will hate me for this ;-) but he was a very inexperienced CEO.

There are another couple of shares I commentated on, and received massive abuse for, one will be sorted relatively soon, and the disaster, well a liying CEO makes things very cloudy, I lost a load of money as did others, I hear there will be some kind of resolution. Cannot win them all, and that was a mistake that I shall not recreate, my information/analysis is much more refined now.

"tie in rather cozily with Spreadex's portfolio" Bit of ignorance there. I bought in here when it was LVRT, well before Spreadex got involved........ Although to be fair I had an inkling of where it was headed.....

Cannot remember how LVRT (now NFX) did it. they can use RNS-Reach even when unlisted, or simply as a corporate action via your broker for the EGM and votes/resolutions to be conducted And finally their website, which I have to say is a pretty **** poor website!

There are fixed timescales, in case of notice it should be in the articles of association on calling EGM's Normally they release prospectus and call EGM to get shareholder approval of the deal, normally 2 weeks after the announcement/prospectus publication If approved then relists on following business day

Might be tight for an announcement this month, safer to say I would expect relisting next month

Someone said on here recently, which was spot on, Arthur is a better oil man than a CEO. Once approval comes, he will get on with the job and all the crap will be forgotten.

The only thing I 'know' re COPL is that Arthur told porkies to everyone, me included. I have said repeatedly I expect this to come good at some point, is it now? I have no idea, and even if Arthur said it is coming I would not believe him, only thing I would trust is an RNS confirming approval.

I put an update on the RLH twitter group a few days ago, which I posted on here was open to all

Worth remembering that the market cap is in GBP and the money being raised/deal being done is in USD, so roughly 145.5m GBP not 200m That said with the devaluation of the GBP, revenues will be much higher ongoing, if the GBP does not regain it's losses.
