@tonnacombe, agree,
The big seller depressed the price here. It should be higher.
Results due and should be very positive, a decent rise is on the cards.

I am pretty convinced that ZIOC is being lined up for a huge investment from the Middle East.
Normally I would be worried about small shareholders (and company) being squeezed out in a stitch up deal, however, the progression so far seems to be part of a cohesive plan, and I cannot see Glen having agreed to something not in their interests. If they were going to bypass ZIOC it would have been done already.
So that leaves the potential for a very large deal, I am going to be adding here, as the potential return is so huge. Always some risk, but the risk reward is just too compelling.

Agreed Minorminer.
They do have their own iron deposits, but they need high grade ore.
People will look back (I think) and some will kick themselves, as all the signs are there of a massive investment coming our way.
All IMO, of course.

'Neom' incorporating 'The Line' is set to be built and completed in KSA by 2030, it will require massive amounts of 'green' steel.
"Neom is working to ambitious timelines, with much of the project set to be built by 2030."
given their abundance of cheap energy, I suspect much of the steel will be produced in country, that just leaves a source of massive amounts of ore to be resolved.
Given the timescales, I do not think we are too far away from an announcement.

As your post shows, Minor Miner, it might not be a company announcement that causes a sharp rise in the SP here, there could be a curve ball announcement in the form of infrastructure developments that clearly signal that the project is at an advanced stage in preparation.
Imperative to have a position at these low prices, and hang on to it for the duration!

Good to see more interest here, once the herd wakes up to the potential, we could see a fair rise even before news.
With such potential, even getting in at 20p would be a multi multi bagger. But the earlier you have your position the larger the multiples!!!

Some chunky late reported trades.
Maybe we are close. Position building going on?
Aberdeenman
Personally, I think if a deal was done we would see a lot more volume before an announcement, however, it could be that we are heading in that direction!
Obviously I could be wrong, but regardless this is very undervalued.
Aberdeenman
This can move fast, here's hoping.
Could be 20p very quickly with some buying pressure, and tbh it is long overdue.
Aberdeenman
It is a fair nugget, however, mad not to have a stake here given the potential upside and movement lately.
Even the potential dividends are life changing, never mind the SP appreciation.
Aberdeenman
I agree nibj, only way to get in on this is before the deal is announced.
Obviously well under the radar of almost all, but that is an opportunity to add.

We have had a lot of negativity for a while now, some justified and a lot not so much, the SP is a a very low, low, however, I don't think it would take much for this to turn around, some positive news and there could be a decent jump in the SP.
As (almost) always best time to buy is when others are fearful, lost count of the number of times I have looked back and regretted not adding, I think the time now is for adding, I will be.

I have been invested here for years, but it is looking like this could be one of the most under-rated and under-the-radar stocks around.
It certainly feels like something is going to come of this now, with the change re Glencore, and when it does this could be many bags higher than current SP.
Very low volume so watching that is key, although by the time it moves it could be too late to get bargain shares.
Hopefully not too long now!!!

Unfortunately board shenanigans crashed the share price here a while back, and whilst that is long gone, the SP has not recovered.
TB needs to have a clearer shareholder engagement plan, a defined regular media slot, every couple of months say would be good. It would also be beneficial to see some interaction with the board, they could be promoting EISB via media articles. The board could also buy some shares to give confidence, the price is low so little risk one would hope.
If they did these things the SP would move again. It is alright saying the SP will take care of itself, but like anything, given a little nurturing the benefits outweigh the effort.

Nice to see this move after so many years, 2018 was the last real movement. But recent events put this firmly in ZIOC control, I see absolutely no reason why this should not be north of 30p short term. 2018 it went to above 20p just on speculation.
I don't have the holding I had back then, but still a six figure holding, after waiting this long, I am happy to wait it out, hopefully for treble figures.

TP should have finished selling with the TR1 issued, nothing to stop this rising now (hopefully!)
Aberdeenman
There is another (potential) explanation for these large trades, the could just be transfers, that have to be printed.
For example Aviva may want to realise a 'loss' in EISB to offset a gain elsewhere, so they transfer from one fund to another, or one of their component entities to another. It requires no TR1 as they, as a group, still own the shares, but they 'gain' the loss in a particular accounting period, therefore reducing their tax liability on profits elsewhere. As a transfer has taken place , the loss is crystallised and the transaction has a resulting 'print' in the share transactions that we all see, but it is just a shuffle rather than a buy or sell. If no TR1 appears, likely that is the reason.
You could do the same yourself by transferring your shares to your spouse!, (if you are lucky enough to have other gains....)

Done on the last business day of the year, maybe hoping it would slip under the radar.
Bodes well!

Hopefully someone got wind of upcoming news.

The sales figures are important, however, the real exciting figure is the Annual Growth Rate, this company is poised to be a high growth rate company, especially with the US bottling now sorted.
With a high growth rate, that unlocks a higher SP multiple, which attracts more investors and hence a higher SP. Given the stage the company is at, and the potential global market, getting in at this price can get you an enormous upside once the higher multiples start being achieved, which is not too far off, I reckon the high growth rate in revenue will kick in early next year, after that it will keep on going as sales grow exponentially, so will the SP. Remember, US sales were up 132% from the interims.
