there is no clarity, that's what not to like, clarity is figures, PS should issue an rns giving us figures how much is left to raise, not say funding is halved. halved from what, full figure, $230m,this is not AIM issue, this is basic communication issue.i watched the videos, he was point blank asked 'do you need to raise funding through equity', paraphrased, he didnt answer. yes he did give an asnwer to the question but didnt answer the question.

no because, PS and BCN are desperate. who buys into a company at market price, we have so much assets worth billions, and we're selling at market price, it means we have no bargaining power, imagine if PS was a suicide prevention officer. we should've sold a % of the company, on two basis, genfeng buy equity in sonora, thus takes the burden of the fuding accoridng to the equity, then they have option to buy bcn, because now ganfeng bought into sonora and zinwald, but for price of 20m, absolutely ridiculous

PS sold a company with assets worth a bill and plus for a measly £20m+ oh and plus the rest, what a joke, such an amazing deal and it cant even hold a 10% let alone 20%. when most governments in the west are moving away from chinese companies, this genius goes and does a deal with them.i wouldnt be shocked if there was a corruption/bribery case here

pilgrim, what youre saying is, its an amazing news, gets a 1.2billion project off the ground, on a £36m mcap, but we only manage 10% rise in sp, and cant even hold a 20%. lets go with what you said, we dont know the details fo the deal, all i said there is what we all know

i thihnk what's happening is that simply they cant raise the money through conventional means, or through means they thought they could, so have resorted to 'selling' the company dirt cheap,either way not a good deal

Can someone explain please, their investing about £14m cash and getting 22% of Sonora, if that is the case we need $450m for the project, where do we get the other $436m and how much equity are we gonna be giving away

when i first posted about 'cup and handle', and how it was going down to 22p, after the first week of rise, they all started mocking it, 'oh never', when it did hit 22p, i didnt see a single person come and say 'oh sh*t'. my point this and many other BBs are filled with people trying to reach the skies with their ludicrous targets, 100p, just because a stock has traded at a £1 doesnt mean it will again, and i highly doubt BCN will produce lithium and keep to its timetable, what miner or an exploration company has ever kept to its timetable
