Divi paid 23rd may for those shareholders on the register on 28 th feb - about 31p i think - all details on RNS regarding full year results. ATB

For a start i know you are not a deramper, but are naturally concerned by the continual fall no matter how good the news is. For me i'm a long term holder, but i do wonder if someone knows something i don't as i can see no reason for whats happening. At the moment i'll hold for the dividends and hope/ expect the sp to recover over the next 6 months. Whatever you decide good luck to you. ATB

As far as I know nothing has changed, 1/2 billion in the bank, good yield plus special divi, growth industry etc etc, and I too wonder what's going on. Will they become a take over target if this carries on? The interims will hopefully kick some life back in the SP. ATB.

Yes you are probably right, but there is nothing in the article that investors shouldn't already know! Hopefully it will be a one day wonder and Ptec can move ahead again, certainly the p.e. rating is historically low!

Ptech seems to have been dragged down along with the bookies following the budget announcement of an increase in tax on in shop gaming machines, as Ptech doesn't have anything to do with these is this a buying opportunity?, or have I missed something?

Well done you - as you say I too am sure this will be seen as a minor blip in the medium term, after all nothing has changed, excepting 5% of shares have changed hands. If it was a profit warning or something similar then it would be of concern, as it is its merely a buying opportunity. ATB

today issue a target price of 776p, 36p less than the current price, what are you supposed to do? Maybe hold until it falls to 776p then sell? Anybody know?

There hasn't been - its just gone ex dividend of 33.6p. ATB

I stand corrected then, I read it as a special divi of 31pish plus the normal divi., as far as the US is concerned that is where the next big push will come from I suspect, as various states lift their embargos on internet gaming
