Looks like the purchase of Plus500 is going through, seems like a good deal.

Here we go again, more fund-raising not good for short term SP, but also note they report excellent q4 revenues running at 25% above previous. This business is really starting to motor, lets hope the SP SOON REFLECTS THAT FACT.

Wondered why the SP was creeping down over last week or so - now becomes clear, having said that this looks like the acquisition the board have been looking for, for some time now.

Good spot and how good is that ? And in the US too!

Brickington trust ( owned by Sagi) own around 30% of the shares i believe, please leave a few for the rest of us!

Excellent - more contract wins and renewals and more to come in the future - a real growth company without all the bull.... you get on many other BBs.

Not being one of the intelligent ones i can't answer your question, however i do wonder why they pay a special dividend then a few months later have to raise money this way. ATB
