I have a feeling we may hear about the distribution deal this month as it will be 6 months into the business year. Does anyone know when HSBC and New York came along as it totally lapsed my attention last time I looked I think Brewin was one of the highest holders now not even on the list lol

No idea man, considering your not interested you sure ask a lot of questions. From what I gather when a co is private they will offer you what you paid for the ord shares but were in a different position to most private companies. We could do well and come back on the market again we could just go totally bust and disappear. Total gamble really your move.

Will probs dwindle to pretty much nothing by the time it's desisted might grab a few more then. But 1.1 was crazy low in my eyes especially if it sorts itself out.

With the trading as of late I wonder how many shares are floating now I'm guessing 30-40%. I think its just worth having these ordinary shares now tbh its either gonna be doom or glory in the medium-long term and I don't even think CPS will scrape the cashback if its the doom scenario. Big gamble but could prove highly profitable in the future.

Something must be going on in the background p4+ must be almost complete now. I'm surprised they'd be supporting it now otherwise they'd just let it die off here if there is no potential (or maybe they're just as gullible as us). Woodford and the Welsh government seem to agree too. I seriously do think we'll get more orders coming through within a few months time and by that time p4+ should be coming about which I imagine is the basics for p5 too, later on down the line the cheaper FDA approval, 2-3yrs if it's still floating and possibly generating some sort of revenue I guess it will make a reappearance on the stock market other than that it will just remain a private company. Maybe even Phillips will buy it out who knows. It's very out there tech could probably use it in a lot of other instances too.

I still think a few hospitals doing evaluations could come through at any time. I'm guessing it's a long process.

I've cast my 'for' vote through my broker all done now. Fair play Woodford's had a slamming lately but it makes you wonder there must be some potential here for him to be throwing cash at it the past few years. Hopefully if it's passed it can be better run and managed as a private company, I just hope they can speed things up. They've already been working on the lactate panel for 5 months+ so hopefully the singing and dancing p4+ isn't too far away.

Through the 2016 report it seems they have already started developing this lactate panel but goodness knows how far away it is, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Not yet and providing it happens and the cancellation goes through, there will be an option to sell/buy within a 18 month period so it says on the FAQ.

Just had word from my share dealing platform saying about whats going on etc, I wonder if there will be any difference between the ordinary shares and the CPS otherwise you may as well spend the 5k now or next couple of weeks, anybody have a faint idea about this (would of made sense to delist or suspend the day the news came out). Surprised there has been no tr1's yet to bring down the big peoples avr's.

But it's obvious they've done a terrible job, selling to 6 out of 40 hospitals so far is pretty poor and the worst part it was very long winded. I know these things take time, but not even the bod had faith in themselves during the last 2 years with there lack of top ups.
